Chapter six

Uma's pov

The dance is tonight, classes are suspended and I'm bored to death.
I leave my room to go to eat something and I see Mal talking to Ben, the prince, he seems very sweet, who knows what he will have in mind, my thoughts are interrupted by an unknown male voice:
<Hey, you are Uma right?>
I nod, he continues:
<I'm Jakson, I know we don't know each other ... but would you like to come with me to the prom?>
We think about it for a few seconds and, since I have nothing better to do, I accept his invitation, he greets me happily and leaves.
I go to the boys' room, call Harry and Gil and we go to the park outside the school, I tell him about Mal and the boy who invited me and I see Harry not very happy, but I avoid asking him questions, he doesn't like to talk about his feelings  .

Mal's pov

It's prom tonight and I'm going with Ben, who apparently left his girlfriend for me, I don't like him, I only do it because I want to rule Auradon and remove the barrier.
I just got back from a date with Ben, Evie wants to fill me up with makeup for tonight and it's really annoying;  it's 18:00, in an hour the dance will start and I start wearing my dress, it's really beautiful: it has a long skirt, purple and black, the top piece is purple with green decorations, I wear a veil on my shoulders  and my hair is wavy.

Uma's pov

I'm in my room, I'm getting ready for the prom, I really like my dress: it's blue, with a skirt with gold decorations, I have shoulder pads and on the black leather gloves I have an octopus-shaped bracelet, on the chest it shines  my necklace and my blue braids are gathered in a big bun.

Evie's pov

I am very excited, I go to prom with Doug, puppy son, he is really sweet and cute, my dress is amazing, I was really good, it is electric blue, long, on my shoulders I have a veil of the same color as the dress, my hair  they are gathered in a bun and I have a lot of jewelry that I got on the island.
