" The match had been cancelled?! " Y/n stood up and Luis nodded, " And McGonagall is looking for you. "
Y/n frowned and nodded. The two walked past the crowd full of stands and reached the ground. " Miss Moonstone! There you are, let's go. "
McGonagall seemed stressed, that worried Y/n. She looked around for Hermione but there was no sign of her. She shared a worried look with Luis.
The boy squeezed her hand gently and led her through the hallways. Y/n's heart dropped as they reached Hospital Wing. " She was found by the library, with this mirror. Do any of you know what this means? "
Ron and Harry shook their head, but Y/n had a hunch, but she knew it wasn't something the teachers were supposed to know so she shook her head too.
After McGonagall warned them not to leave dormitories, Y/n bid goodbyes to Luis before following Ron and Harry. Neither of them spoke, their shoulders heavy.
The day passed by just like that. Y/n was sitting in the Great Hall for lunch with Harry and Ron, with Luis on her other side to keep her company.
She poked her food, a frown present on her face as the steak in her plate glared back at her. " She'll be fine. " Luis nudged her softly, feeling uneasy that Y/n wasn't eating.
" I know, but it's just strange not having her around. " She mumbled, letting Ron and Herry grumble in agreement. She had no doubt in Professor Sprout and Madame Pomfrey.
" Here, then. I'm sure Hermione wouldn't want you three to starve. " Luis smiled, bringing the fork towards Y/n's mouth.
The girl smiled weakly and took a bite, while across the hall, Malfoy frowned at the four. He didn't know why he was feeling so annoyed by the fact that Y/n had a sad frown on her face and she wasn't even eating.
" Heard that mudblood got petrified. That's why those idiots are so dull! " Pansy snickered and Draco resisted the urge to shoot her a glare and pushed a spoonful of rice in his mouth.
" It'd be nice if you show some decency when someone's half dead. " Blaise said sourly and Pansy scoffed. " Whatever. "
Draco stole another glance, the girl was resting her chin on her fist, staring into nothingness while Luis Bennett tried his best to make her talk or eat.
He rolled his eyes to himself got up, " I'm done. " He said and Crabbe and Goyle got up too. " Don't bother. "
He waved them off and the two boys happily returned to their eating as Draco exited the Great Hall. He reached his dorm and fished through his satchel. Books after books were kept on the bed when he found the familiar scrumbled paper of the book.
