Y/n made her way down to the breakfast, quite happy about Ron and Lavender's break up.
As she spotted her brother and best friends together, she beamed. " Morning! " Harry chuckled.
" How are you feeling? " She asked Ron, piling his plate with food. " So I had to break up for you to treat me like this? " He mused and Y/n raised an eyebrow.
" Don't get used to it. " Hermione chuckled, shaking her head. " I'm feeling good. "
Y/n nodded, smiling before she grabbed herself toast and coffee as always. She sneakily glanced at the Slytherin table, finding no Draco present.
She frowned to herself before taking a sip. After a good few minutes of silence, Y/n noticed snow falling on her hands. She looked up, " Stop it, Ron. You're making it snow! "
Hermione said and Ron cleared his throat. " Tell me how I broke with Lavender again? "
Y/n glanced back, finding Lavender sitting on the Ravenclaw table, her hand clutched around the fork so hard that her knuckles were white.
She bit back the giggle and faced Hermione, who was red in the face. " Erm.. She came to visit you in the Hospital Wing, and you.... talked. I don't believe it was a particularly long conversation. "
Y/n grinned, " Don't get me wrong. Bloody thrilled to get her off my back! But she seems a bit cut off. " The four glanced at Lavender again and she only glared, tightening her grip on the fork of she further could.
" Yeah, she does. Doesn't she? " Hermione asked and Y/n smirked. " You say you don't remember anything from that night? Anything... at all? " Hermione asked cautiously.
" There was something, " Ron sat straighter, " But it can't be! I was completely boggled, didn't I? " He grinned and Hermione chuckled, relief flushing over her face. " Boggled. "
Hermione muttered, smiling to herself. Y/n frowned and glanced at the book Harry was reading. AGAIN.
" Harry, " Hermione whispered, " That's Katie. Katie Bell. " Hermione said clearer and Harry stood up.
" No, leave it to me. " Y/n snatched the book and Harry shook his head, following Katie. Y/n glanced at the page he was reading.
