Summer wasn't very nice. Y/n was once again sitting in her balcony, a cup of cold coffee in her hand as she stared at the dark clouds.

Every since she had reached back to her Manor with her uncle Christopher, she had felt a sense of relief to being with him again, but also emptiness everytime she recalled she wouldn't be seeing Sirius again.

The starting week wasn't very bad. She had done everything she wanted to do. Watching movies, reading, messing around in the kitchen with her uncle and have the best time ever.

But once the second week started, the chaos had begun. Everyday, muggle families were sluaghtered to death and also those witches and wizards who refused to join Voldemort. Some started to get missing.

The common word that summer, Y/n would say death. It was getting darker. She realised it wasn't just her, Harry and Voldemort now.

It was now her against herself.

The world wasn't good and bad anymore, it was stuck in between. The fear of rising Dark Lord was getting higher, yet, people found their way towards the light.

It was a usual scene for Y/n to see Death Eaters flying around in the sky. Christopher was paranoid and Y/n knew it.

He had casted an undetectable charm on the manor so the death eaters wouldn't find it.

The fear remained inside Y/n, however. The fear of upcoming things. She didn't know how this year at Hogwarts would go.

Christopher was keen on not letting her go, much like other parents but Y/n had insisted she would and he had finally given up with some Dumbledore's reassurance.

She missed Harry and her best friends. She didn't see them all summer. And couldn't write to them in fear that the letters would be inspected.

She felt isolated.

Her thoughts were heavy on her shoulders. The inner debates and battles tiring her.

She was glad she'd be going back to Hogwarts in two weeks. She she didn't know how she'd feel about it. Seeing as the Death Eaters were everywhere, she hoped Harry was safe.

Her mind always went back to one thought at the end of the day. Draco Malfoy. She had a feeling something would go wrong for him.

She just hoped it wasn't what she was assuming deep down. It shattered her knowing that it'd ruin his whole life.

Y/n wanted those feelings to go away. But not seeing him, not knowing if he was okay only made her go into deep. She sighed, taking a sip.

She was alone in the eerily quite manor, the soft wind blowing by and the trees dancing carelessly. She stood up and decided to take a stroll in the garden.
