I get inside my house with a weary sigh, Harry walking right behind me with Hazel in his arms and a soft smile over his lips as Hazel keeps staring at him curiously.

The door closes and I set the products we bought on the kitchen counter. The doctor said that some medication might have dangerous side effects, so she advised us to simply give her ibuprofen.

She also gave us a list of things that can help Hazel feel better and I couldn't be more thankful that she did. I glance at Harry as he walks into the kitchen with Hazel's baby water cup in his hand.

"Can you fill this up, please?" He sends me a pleading smile and I nod, filling it up with water before setting it on the table. Hazel seemed to be extra clingy today, but only with Harry.

Every time he pulled away for a slight second she'd get all teary-eyed and start whining, but as much as some would find it annoying, Harry could not be gladder.

Hazel yawns and Harry looks at her lovingly as she narrows her eyes at me while I start cutting some fruits for her. She doesn't feel well, and let's admit that sometimes we like some extra attention when we're sick.

So preparing her favourite fruits won't be so bad, she deserves it. I see a smile creeping up on her lips as she notices what I'm doing and Harry laughs as she does so, sitting her on her high chair and for once, she does not fuss about being away from Harry.

As I mix the sliced fruit in a bowl, I hear Hazel giggle and I look over my shoulder to see Harry sitting on a chair right next to her, her tiny hand grabbing onto his as she points at me with her free hand.

"I know dear, mummy's preparing you a snack." He grins, glancing over at me and raising his eyebrows as I stare back at him before setting the bowl in front of Hazel.

"Harry, will you be a sweetheart and bring me some wet hand wipes? She's probably going to use her hands to eat." I ask and he nods as I point to her pink bag on one of the stairs.

She pouts at me as he walks away, causing me to laugh lightly before kissing her forehead. Harry walks in once again, giving me what I had asked while sitting on his previous seat.

I clean her hands, hearing her giggles as I do so before putting the wipe away, watching as she grabs a piece of apple and shows it to Harry with a lazy grin.

He kisses her cheek, a smile on her lips as she puts the slice of fruit in her mouth with a hum and chews happily while closing her eyes briefly. Her smile grows when Harry kisses her head and stands up, opening a cabinet like the nosy bitch he is.

"What are you doing?" I ask with furrowed eyebrows and he shrugs before closing it, a bag of cookies in his hands as he smirks at me, setting it on the table next to me.

Before sitting down, he leans down and kisses me briefly enough to surprise Hazel, who gasps loudly at the gesture, looking between the two of us as we look back at her, Harry taking a seat next to her with a frown.

"I think we broke her." He laughs, staring at Hazel as she keeps turning her head to look at me and then Harry, her lips parted in shock and her green eyes widely gazing at us.

I boop her nose and she seems to wake up from her trance, turning her head to look at Harry with furrowed eyebrows. "Don't look at me like that, I like to kiss mummy."

I feel my face heating up at his words, coughing awkwardly while grabbing the bag of cookies next to me and opening it in a way to distract myself.

I feel their eyes on me, causing me to look up as Hazel chews on more fruit and Harry tilts his head at me while I bite on a cookie. "What?"

"Blushing?" He laughs, shaking his head faintly while I glare at him, "reminds me of when we were younger."
