Finally, it’s Friday again, Yuri’s happy knowing the weekends are arriving tomorrow and she already had her Saturday planned out with doing all of her school works before the afternoon starts,
What happens next all depends on her mood, she wants to rest for this week since she has been staying after class in school for about three days now,
Good thing they all agreed on not meeting later as a break and a welcome to the weekends,
They would have to talk through their group chat this Sunday but that’s much more better than physically interacting with them,
Maybe in Yuri’s way of living?
She slept earlier than expected too, she was glued to her phone the whole night and didn’t even noticed how it only had 20% with it and she needs to go to school in the next hour so she unconsciously plugged it in earlier,
She’s just laying in bed right now, fixing her thoughts and her mind setting up by itself, Yuri’s not in the mood to move yet so she’s just there.
Trying to remember what she did before she slept last night, Yuri had one thing pop up in her head so quickly it even had a smile with it,
“She still hasn’t texted me anything when I charged my phone earlier”
Yes, Yuri was glued onto their conversation last night as she was still worried as to know nothing why she didn’t go to school,
She didn’t see her smile so she didn’t get her daily dose of sunshine from her, Hyewon did say she was at her parents’ house but that didn’t really answer anything else than her whereabouts.
Rolling to her side as the sun was peeking through her window already, Yuri’s eyes darted to the paper bag full of new stationary stuff by her door,
She didn’t store them away yet as she planned on sticking some stickers on the plain notepad she bought,
All the ones with designs didn’t fit her taste so she decided to decorate it her own.
Speaking of stationary, Yuri jumped out of bed, walking to her bookshelf as she even stretched a little,
Hearing some joints pop and crack as she thinks she slept in an awkward position,
Yuri smiled seeing the small duck by her typewriter, she placed it near the typewriter as it kept making her smile because it makes her remember of Yena so quickly,
She doesn’t really have a certain reason why it looks like her but the vibes it had was so similar with what Yena has,
Well it’s in her bookshelf now so, she’ll make sure it would never fall off of it.
“Yuri-yah!”
Hearing Nayeon’s voice pierce through the peaceful morning she was having as she kept reminiscing how every little thing she has in her bookshelf has such a huge impact in her life,
By now this bookshelf could even represent Yuri if she was a thing, the family pictures, the childhood toys, the books,
The rubber duck that came in her life, her hobby of collecting pens, the uncolored coloring books, well she finds joy in every single thing.
“Nae?!”
“Did you order something?!”
Hearing the word 'order' made Yuri sure that she didn’t, I mean she did but it was addressed to Minju’s house because it was a group order for a new volume of the book she and Minju likes,
