"Your Majesty!" Sir Robert shouts, trying to get her attention.
"Get to the observatory!" The Doctor shouts as the wolf breaks free of the library.

The werewolf catches up with Rose. She screams then a pan of liquid is thrown over it. It retreats.
"Good shot." The two Timelords say when they get to Rose.
"It was mistletoe." Lady Isobel tells them.
"Isobel!" Robert and Isobel kiss.
"Now, get back downstairs." Robert tells her.
"Keep yourself safe." She tells him in return, looking towards the Timelady behind his back. Ky gives her a little nod, ensuring her she will do as she promised.
"Now go." Robert tells the girls.
"Girls, come with me. Down the back stairs, back to the kitchens. Quickly!" Lady Isobel says rushing the girls back the way they came.
"Come on!" The Doctor shouts.
"The observatory's this way." Sir Robert tells him. They carry on up the staircase as the werewolf recovers.
When they arrive at the observatory, the Doctor informs them, "No mistletoe in these doors because your father wanted the wolf to get inside. I just need time. Is there any way of barricading this?"
"Just do your work and I'll defend it." Sir Robert said.
"If we could bind them shut with rope or something." The Doctor replies to him.
"I said I'd find you time, Sir. Now get inside." Robert says again. Ky realises this is where she will have to come in.
"Good man." The Doctor replies patting him on the shoulder slightly.
"Your Majesty, the diamond." The Doctor says to her.
"For what purpose?" She asks him.
"The purpose it was designed for." The Doctor tells her as, outside Robert can be heard taking a sword from a display on the wall and stands ready as the werewolf comes up the stairs.
Victoria hands over the diamond.
"Rose. Ky." The Doctor says to the girls. Rose moves over to her control wheels with the Doctor but Ky doesn't move. She stays where she is, staring at the door.
They go to the control wheels and start raising the telescope up.
"Lift it. Come on."
"Is this the right time for stargazing?" Rose asks.
"Yes it is. Ky come on over here and help." The Doctor says, noticing his daughter is looking intently at the door in which separates them from Sir Robert and the wolf.

Kyraiah continues to look at the door where Sir Robert has cut himself off from them and is willing to sacrifice himself.
"Sorry dad."
"What?" he asks, but has a good idea what she is apologising for he just hopes she wasn't about to do it.
"I'm so sorry for what I'm about to do. I made a promise and I intend to keep it." Kyraiah says turning to look at her father with a small smile.
"What, what are you doing?" He says as she steps closer to the door.
"What I do best protecting people" she tells him.
"No Kyraiah you can't!" Both the Doctor and Rose shout, Rose having figured out what she's about to do.
"You bet I can, I can't leave him out there alone." She tells them both and with that Ky closes her eyes, takes a deep breathe and opens them again, summoning the silver, glittering powers from within her. Her eyes glow like the moonlight.
She steps towards the doors flinging them open with a flick of her fingers and steps through them, just as Sir Robert says. "I committed treason for you, but now my wife will remember me with honour!"
"Sorry sir Robert but I think this ones on me. I made a promise to your wife to keep you safe and I'm going to do just that." Ky says to him as she uses her powers to shove him through the doors and slams them once he's on the other side. She can hear her father and Rose shout at her to her back inside and when they realise she won't do that to be careful, she chuckles when has she ever done that she's just like her father in that sense. She can also hear the confused and worried shouts the queen and sir Robert asking what's she's doing and why a man can so easily let his daughter endanger herself.
"I think you should pick on someone who has a chance against you." Ky says turning to the wolf.
She holds him back with her abilities, occasionally tossing him backwards a couple feet. It was a struggle sometimes the wolf being quite strong.
"Anytime your ready dad would be great!" Ky shouts through the door, over the noise of the snarling and growling wolf.
"Give me a minute!" She hears him shout, slightly muffled by the door.
"Come on dad this thing is actually quite heavy!" She shouts back, with a bit of a joking tone in her voice.
"Ready!" He finally shouts to her.
Upon hearing this she forms four thin ribbon like strands off shimmering power and lassos each of the wolf's limbs. "Come on then big boy, you wanted in that room lets go in and join the party." She says to the wolf.
"Incoming" she shouts before launching the wolf through the door straight into the beam of moonlight and lifting it up off the floor. The wolf turns back into a young man, hanging as if crucified in mid air.
"Make it brighter. Let me go." The man says hanging in mid air.
The Doctor adjusts the magnification on the eyepiece. The man turns back into a wolf shape, howls and vanishes. Sir Robert looks at the redhead gratefully as without her taking over, he surely would have died. Victoria looks at a small scratch on her wrist.
"Your Majesty? Did it bite you?" The Doctor asks the Queen.
"No, it's, it's a cut, that's all." She replies removing her wrist from his view.
"If that thing bit you?"
"It was a splinter of wood when the door came apart. It's nothing."
"Let me see."
"It is nothing."

Morning. In the presence of the whole household, Kyraiah the Doctor, and Rose kneel before Queen Victoria, who is armed with a sword..
"By the power invested in me by the Church and the State, I dub thee Sir Doctor of Tardis and thee
Lady Kyraiah of Tardis. By the power invested in me by the Church and the State, I dub thee Dame Rose of the Powell Estate. You may stand."
"Many thanks, Ma'am." The Doctor said to her.
"Thanks. They're never going to believe this back home." Rose tells her.
"Your Majesty, you said last night about receiving no message from the great beyond. I think your husband cut that diamond to save your life. He's protecting you even now, Ma'am, from beyond the grave." The Doctor says to her.
"Indeed. Then you may think on this also. That I am not amused." The Queen says prompting Rose to cheer "Yes!", the Doctor to shake his head in defeat and Ky to just shake her head at the pair, muttering a small "sorry" for the pairs behaviour.
"Not remotely amused. And henceforth I banish you two." The Queen says looking at Rose and the Doctor. All thinking the same thing, what about the redhead?
"I'm sorry?" The Doctor asks.
"I have rewarded you, Sir Doctor, and now you are exiled from this empire, never to return. I don't know what you are, the two of you, or where you're from, but I know that you consort with stars and magic and think it fun. But your world is steeped in terror and blasphemy and death, and I will not allow it. You will leave these shores and you will reflect, I hope, on how you came to stray so far from all that is good, and how much longer you may survive this terrible life. Now leave my world, and never return. As for you Lady Kyraiah, you showed bravery and courage saving Sir Robert from the wolf and even though you too consort with stars and magic you use it to protect people. Therefore I can not exile you. You will stand as a protector of this land. For now and forever." The Queen says.

In the highlands a man on a horse and trailer thing shouts "Whoa!" The Doctor, Kyraiah and Rose get off the back of a cart. The Doctor and Rose wall ahead having a conversation.
"Cheers, Dougal!"
"Walk on."
"No, but the funny thing is, Queen Victoria did actually suffer a mutation of the blood. It's historical record. She was haemophiliac. They used to call it the Royal Disease. But it's always been a mystery because she didn't inherit it. Her mum didn't have it, her dad didn't have it. It came from nowhere."
"What, and you're saying that's a wolf bite?"
"Well, maybe haemophilia is just a Victorian euphemism."
"For werewolf?"
"Could be."
"Queen Victoria's a werewolf?"
"Could be. And her children had the Royal Disease. Maybe she gave them a quick nip."
"So, the Royal Family are werewolves?"
"Well, maybe not yet. I mean, a single wolf cell could take a hundred years to mature. Might be ready by, oh, early 21st century?"
"Nah, that's just ridiculous! Mind you, Princess Anne."
"I'll say no more."
"And if you think about it, they're very private. They plan everything in advance. They could schedule themselves around the moon. We'd never know. And they like hunting! The trio go inside the Tardis.
"They love blood sports. Oh my God, they're werewolves!" Rose says as the Doctor starts up the Tardis.
The Tardis dematerialises.
