"I'll see you later." The Doctor tells both of the girls. "Not if we see you first," Rose tells him and pulls his head down to kiss his helmet right near where his head is. Kyraiah just reaches out and grabs her dad in a tight hug, not wanting to let go but she does as Zach tells them all back through the comms, because he had made his way back to the control room to start the capsule, "Capsule active. Counting down in ten, nine, eight, seven, six"

The Doctor and Ida go into the capsule and Jefferson closes the door. "Five, four, three, two, one. Release." The captain counts down and then lowers the pod into the hole with a press of a button. The capsule is lowered on its cable. Rose and Ky check their progress on the screen, with Ky holding tightly onto the hand of her best friend, whilst the blonde clutches the microphone in her other hand.

"You've gone beyond the oxygen field. You're on your own." Zach tells the pair below the ground through the comms. With her father in the hole, Ky doesn't feel like talking too much so she just grips Rose's hand whilst Rose uses the microphone to say, "Don't forget to breathe. Breathing's good."

" Rose, stay off the comm." Zach tells the blonde, who whilst staring at her best friend, tells him "No chance." Suddenly there's a loud crunch noise, and Rose panics calling out to the Doctor, "Doctor? Doctor, are you all right?"

The screen says the capsule has reached Point Zero, so Zach asks, "Ida, report to me. Doctor?" "It's all right. We've made it. Getting out of the capsule now." The Doctor tells everyone through the comm system. "What's it like down there?" Rose asks the question everyone is thinking. Which the Doctor tells them, "It's hard to tell. Some sort of cave. Cavern. It's massive."

"Well, this should help. Gravity globe." Ida says, obviously getting something out. From what Ky could remember, a gravity globe was a spherical light that you could throw into the air and it would stay there. "That's, that's. My God, that's beautiful." Ida then says through the comms, clearly fascinated and flabbergasted by the beauty. "Ky, Rose, you can tell Toby we've found his civilisation," The Doctor tells his favourite girls. "Oi, Toby. Sounds like you've got plenty of work." Rose then shouts to the distracted man."Good, good. Good."

"Concentrate now, people. Keep on the mission..." Zach told them, he didn't want to take too long on this he wanted to be done as soon as and get them out of there, "... Ida, what about the power source?" He asked the woman, who was ten miles down. Ky then got distracted by that fact, her father was ten miles underground. Which was sixteen kilometres. Or sixteen thousand meters. But the distraction didn't last long with Ida's voice cutting through her thoughts, "We're close. Energy signature indicates north-northwest. Are you getting pictures up there?"

"There's too much interference. We're in your hands." Zach replied to the scientist through the comms.

"Well, we've come this far. There's no turning back." Ida told them all through the comms, at this Ky wanted to facepalm. It was one of the worst things to possible say, and it was clear by the Doctor's next words he thought the very same."Oh, did you have to? No turning back? That's almost as bad as nothing can possibly go wrong, or this is going to be the best Christmas Walford's ever had." "Are you finished?" The unamused scientist asked him, to which he replied, "Yeah. Finished."

Taking the microphone gently from Rose, Ky told them all "He's not wrong though." It made Rose want to laugh even more, the Doctors comment was bad enough but then when his daughter started it was so funny. She could picture the girls dad smiling at his daughter's comment like he always did when she said something like that.

"Captain, sir. There's something happening with the Ood." Danny's voice suddenly cut through the comms, he had gone to the Ood habitation area before the capsule had descended. "What are they doing?" The captain asked him, making the long-haired man reply "They're staring at me. I've told them to stop, but they won't." It kind of made Ky want to laugh but she didn't, especially between the next bit of conversation.
