"You wanna know what she told me before leaving us?" Hinila niya ang collar ni Raven. "Alam mo ba para magsalita ka nang patapos?!"
"Kung ano man 'yan hindi ako intresado!" Pamumutol niya.
Lalo siyang sinakal ni Papa.
"She told me to take care of you because she failed to do it! Among the two of us, she loved you more, Raven but you were too blind!"
"Hindi ko nakita ang pagmamahal na sinasabi mo! I did not feel that motherly love!"
"Dahil masyado kang uhaw sa kapangyarihan. You only cared for compliments and forgot that the people who raised you was not happy for it at all."
"Dahil kulang ako? 'Yon ba?" He pushed Papa hard. Naglabas siya ng patalim.
"Proving yourself is not enough to make people smile. To make them love you is not to make them praise you."
He glanced away.

Siguro mali ang pananaw ko kaya ako nagkaganito. I gave all what I have to make them praise me because I thought to do it means will make them love me.
Instead, I only made myself not worth to love.
