Ugh I hope the gif above works, it's so glitchy...
Your POV
Fragments came back at my desperate attempts to hold on.
I could make out the distant noise of a loudspeaker booming amidst the frantic confusion of the citizens. "All villains and their descendants - regardless of abandonment from their evil ways - are hereby required to move to the Isle on the coast of Auradon immediately. I repeat, all villains and their descendants - regardless of abandonment from their evil ways - are hereby required to move to the Isle on the coast of Auradon immediately." I couldn't tell whose voice it was, but it sounded like it was coming from a place of pure hatred.
The Carpet was gaining height, and we seemed to be in the clear for whatever was happening down below. I wonder what's happening on Harry's end... I hope he's alright.
Now with a bird's eye view of the scene, I saw in entirety what was happening - a literal round up of all the "villains" into a dingy Isle off the coast of Auradon. Uncalled for, inhumane, but it was happening. When everyone seemed to be living in harmony. And faintly, in the distance, my eyes fell on what I feared to see - a little blond boy separated from the rest, caught up in the center of the madness, alone.
The royals were spared, and they rushed to their kingdoms on the other side of the Bay, while officers or patrollers - I don't know what they were - got everyone else through to the Isle. Except for the drenched blond boy, who was too close to the Isle side of things for his own good.
Harry's POV
I ran to keep up with my parents as they led the three of us to the ship. Breathlessly, father and mum were exchanging thoughts.
"We should have known there was only so much to be done - how naive were we to think they would change their minds?" Father grunted.
"We had to try, James."
"It's too late now Maria. We're too late."
They came to an abrupt halt as they noticed these soldier-like personnels lined up on the coast.
"The Jolly Roger can meet you on the Isle, Captain Hook." One man addressed Father authoritatively.
"Listen here. We need to get on that ship - we promise to never enter Auradon again." Father held onto my sisters tight, holding his ground.
"Never?!"
I felt a pang at my chest at the outburst of my younger self. Just stay quiet, Harry.
"Shh, my love. Don't worry." Mum hugged younger me, comforting me with her words and warmth.
"There's no guarantee, unfortunately." The guard stated coldly.
"Please, we'll give you our word." Mum pleaded.
The man scoffed. "The word of a Hook? Forgive me if I don't feel comfortable holding onto that." He moved closer to Father. "No more resistance, or we'll have to escort you to the Isle ourselves. How about you take those lovely young children and make your way to your new home?"
