Sometime after you left, Ashley went to check on Draco. She's sad to see that you're gone. "Was she here when you woke up?"

"Y/n? Yeah."

"She must have been so excited to see you! You know, she came as soon as she found out you were here, and stayed by your side the whole time. She even slept here, hoping to be there when you woke up."

A look of regret washes over Dracos's face when he hears these words.

You surprisingly didn't cry on the drive home (or to The Burrow). He didn't exactly give you a no, so you're still hopeful.

Molly said you'd always have a place to stay if needed, so you're going to take her up on her offer. All your clothes and stuff are still there too.

"Hi," you say as Molly opens the door.

"Hello, dear! Come in." She ushers you into the house and to the kitchen, where you take a seat and have a cup of tea that she whips up.

"He woke up and I told him the truth of what happened, but he told me to go home and he'll think on it."

"Well, I'm sure he'll come around. He would be stupid to let a sweet girl like yourself go."

"I think I'll go back to school tomorrow. If one of you could apparate me, I'll owl McGonagall and tell her I'm coming."

"Of course, dear."

That night, you pack your suitcase for tomorrow, and end up crying while you do so. You're really going to leave him. If he wanted you to stay, he would have said so.

You take a shower, then get ready for bed, turn off the lights, and get under the warm covers, soon drifting off to sleep.

When you wake up, you check your phone and see a voicemail from Draco:

"Hey, Y/n. It was wrong of me to make assumptions. I should have listened to you. I'm sorry. It was just terrifying for me to see you in bed with another man. I want you all to myself, and as your boyfriend, I need to protect you. Yes, I said boyfriend... I take back what I said. (He takes a deep breath). I didn't see you at the party, and I got worried. I wasn't sure where I was going to find you, but I sure didn't expect to find... that. Fred is a good man. I should have known that he wouldn't let something like that happen on purpose. I trust you, y/n. I never should have doubted you. You keep me sane. See... when I'm without you, I crash into trees (he laughs). I'll most likely still be here when you hear this, so please come back... I love you."

You jump out of bed and get ready as quick as you possible, skipping breakfast so you can get to the hospital as quick as you can.

When you get there, it's hard to not run through the halls. You arrive at Draco's room, and he opens his arms to you (or at least one arm, since the other is broken). You run to him, crying tears of joy. You hug him tight, and kiss his soft lips. "I missed you," you say.

"I never should have left. I'm sorry."

"At least we're together again, and everything's okay."

He moves over so you can lay in bed next to him. He puts his not-broken arm around you, and you curl up against him, putting your head in the crook of his neck, and your hand on his chest.

Ashley comes in to check Draco out of the Hospital. You're glad you get to say thank you and bye to her before you go back to The Burrow.

You owl the new Hogwarts headmaster, Professor McGonagall, and tell her that Arthur is going to apparate you and Draco that evening. She'll take down the no-apparition charm for a moment so you can do that.

You and Draco first go to St. Mungo's to heal Draco's arm. The poor muggles can't use magic like that. Next, you go to Diagon Alley for a couple hours and get your new school stuff, which was only a couple books since it's your last year. Then, Arthur apparates you to Hogwarts a little while after classes already ended, so you just go to your rooms to get settled in after exchanging a goodbye hug with your Boyfriend.

"Y/n!" Hermione shouts as you walk into your dorm (The same dorm you've stayed in for the past 6 years). Hermione runs over to hug you.

"I'm only what... 3 days late?" You laugh.

"I though it would be a week at least before you came... is Draco okay?" She asks, keeping her hands on your shoulders.

"Yeah, he's back to normal," you say with a smile. "So, what's new? I've been out of the loop for a couple days." You flop on your bed.

"Well, it felt strange not having Dumbledore give his speech after the feast, but I think McGonagall's going to be good for the school... Nev and Luna are official now. I mean, how could they not after what we saw at the party."

"I'm happy for them," you chime in.

"Yeah, me too."

"Did they give much homework on the first days?"

"A bit, but I wouldn't worry about it too much."

"Not worry about homework? Hermione, are you feeling okay?"

"Of course I'm feeling okay. I mean.. it's our last year. We should be more relaxed and have fun."

You give her a questioning look. "I'm talking to Hermione Granger, right?"

"Yes, dummy."

You laugh. "I'm gonna take a nap, it's been a long day."

"You haven't unpacked yet, y/n. Don't you think you should do that first?"

"What happened to 'fun' like you were just talking about? I'll do it this evening. Can you wake me when it's time for dinner?"

Hermione scoffs. "Fine, lazypants."

"Thank you, productive-pants," you laugh into your pillow.

"I hate you," she says through a smile.

"Hate you too, Granger."
