Skip forward a couple days, and it's the night before you go to The Burrow. You'll stay there for the last week of summer, along with some of your other friends. It's tradition that you always go. They're like family to you.

"I'm gonna miss it here" Draco says as you pack your suitcases.

"We'll be back next year" you say, focused on your packing.

"Not if we have a place of our own."

You stop what you're doing and look over at him. "You really think so?"

"Do you not want to live with me?" He looks as if he's regretting saying what he said.

"No, of course I do! I- I just wasn't expecting that."

You know he's the one for you, so of course you're going to live with him eventually, but you got flustered because he's already thinking long-term.

In the morning, you come downstairs to the smell of blueberry pancakes. "Can't let you leave without one last nice meal together" Holly says, setting a platter on the table.

"This looks so good" Draco says. "I'm gonna miss your cooking, Holly"

Holly smiles, taking a seat at the table. "I'm gonna miss having people to cook for. But you know, Molly is the queen of not letting her kids go hungry. I almost forgot!" She jumps out of her seat and back into the kitchen, grabbing a box from the counter. "Give this to Molly" she says, handing you the box. You look inside to see (and smell) fresh baked cookies. "And try not to eat them all on the drive there."

You smile in response, taking a seat at the table.

"I can't believe this is your last year" Holly says, embracing you in a bone crushing hug.

"I can't believe it either" you say.

"Have a safe drive" says Lauren as you and Draco walk out the door.

"So what are we going to do once we get there exactly?" Draco asks on the car ride there. He's never been to The Burrow before.

"Usually we just catch up with each other and hang out before school starts up again."

Draco sighs, not quite sure what it's like to have friends to 'catch up and hang out' with.

"It'll be fun" you reassure him.

"Are you sure they're okay with me coming? I kind of have a bad reputation."

"You'll be fine. They said you're welcome to come." you say. "Besides, if they trust me, I hope they'd trust you."

He gives a small nod in response, keeping his eyes on the road.

You change the subject. "The twins are having a launch party for some new stuff they're putting in Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes."

Draco doesn't say anything in response.

"C'mon Draco," you say, putting your hand on his leg. "It'll be fun."

When you get there, Molly welcomes you with a big hug. "I'm so glad to see you, dear! She turns around and yells "RON! Y/N'S HERE, COME DOWN!" She then pulls Draco into a hug, saying "y/n has told me wonderful things about you."

Draco looks at you all surprised from over her shoulder, but you just look back at him with a 'see, it's all gonna be okay' look.

"Oh, Molly- Holly baked cookies for you guys" you say, handing her the box you've been carrying.

"What a sweet girl! I'll make sure I tell her thank you" she says with a smile. "I've been telling her she should open a bakery for a couple years now, she really has a knack for this kind of stuff."

Ron ran down the stairs, almost tripping at the bottom of the staircase. You laugh at your best friend, and he can't help but laugh as well.

"Show them to their room, Ronald."

"Okay mum," he says before he walks over to give you a hug.

"Hi" is all he says.

'Hi' is enough from Ron. It's not like him to go on about how much he missed you and is glad you're back. You already know he's glad you're back.

"Hi" you say, pulling away with a smile.

He looks behind you, at your boyfriend, and gives a forced half smile to him. "Hey." Then he says "I'll take these up to your room... wingardium leviosa." And your suitcases all float up the stairs as you walk behind him.

"Leviosa" you tease him, saying it like he said it back in first year. He laughs.

You look at Draco, who is behind you, and he doesn't look very confident. You take his hand in yours. You know Ron isn't very fond of Draco, but the last thing you want is an argument between your best friend and your boyfriend. You won't be able to choose sides if it happens. Thy both mean so much to you, and you can't lose either one of them.
