You avoided Draco most of the day by hanging out with Harry, Ron, and Hermione. Since it's Saturday, you didn't have any classes. You saw Draco at meals and locked eye contact with him a couple times, but quickly looked away. You feel bad, but continue the day like you don't know him, which is hard to do because he's on your mind 24/7.

After a bunch of chatting, walking the grounds, and relaxing with friends, everyone decided to go tot he library. You went back to your dorm to try and get some work done so you don't have any tomorrow.

You can't focus. You've been staring at the paper for a few minutes now, but think about the things you could have said to Draco instead.

You start regretting your decisions and thinking the worst that could happen for your future with Draco, causing your breath to speed up. "Shit," you say outloud, clutching at your chest. "No, no, no!" The familiar feeling like you're dying rushes back without warning.

You get dizzy, so you stand up and sit on the edge of your bed.

You grab your phone, opening it to text Draco. 'Don't hesitate to call or text me' you remember his comforting voice say.

You stop yourself, shutting your phone off.

It gets worse.

Through tears and hyperventilation, you quickly open your phone and text Draco. "Plz come" and "quick" you text, before your head hits the pillow and everything fades to black.

"Y/n? Y/n!" Draco barges into your room, not knowing what to expect. He sees you passed out on your bed and runs to your side"Y/n!"

He holds your hand and checks your pulse on
your neck. He's slightly more relieved when he sees you're breathing, and quickly scoops you up to carry you to the hospital wing.

"Y/n, you just about gave me a heart attack" he says as he's walking, even though he's fully aware you aren't listening. "You don't know how scary it was to see you laying there all unconscious looking. Oh wait. I guess you do." He laughs a little. "The car crash, remember?" he says, speaking as if you're listening.

Draco looks at you laying peacefully in his arms, and can't help but kiss your forhead. "I love you darling. I never want to fight again."

You hear footsteps walking away from where you're laying, and a muffled voice from beside you. "Thank you" he says.

You open your tired eyes feeling confused and unaware of your surroundings. You feel weak and can't remember a thing.

The one familiar thing is sitting right next to you. For a second, you forget about the fight and wrap your arms around Draco as if you would never hug him again.

It all rushes back to you. The secret. The fight. The ignoring each other.

"I'm so sorry" you sob over his shoulder. "I never should have yelled at you. I should have listened."

"Hey, don't be mad at yourself" he replies, putting his hand on the back of your head. "I shouldn't have shut you out."

You eventually break apart from the hug.

He puts his hands on either side of your face, wiping your tears with this thumbs. "Do you feel alright?"

"Yeah, but what happened again?"

"You texted me to come quick, and when I got to your room, you were passed out."

"Oh" you pull up the text you sent him.

"Yeah. I had a panic attack" you say, looking down at your hands, which he soon takes to hold in his.

"Thank you for texting me."

You smile in return. "I never want to fight again" you say.

He kisses your forehead before
wrapping you in another hug. "Me neither."
