The Kim's were furious. Anger, sadness, frustration, and hate were all they could feel right now. They never thought that something so deep was hidden from them.
They were in the dark all these years.
A few doctors stepped out of the ICU indicating that Yeon's surgery was over.
Everyone who stood outside immediately stood up and rushed to the doctor asking them about her condition.
"Her condition is quite serious but she's managing it well. The bullets didn't puncture any vital organ but her body has reacted to the poison. If there aren't any other complications then it might take over a week for her to wake up."
The doctor said and left. All of them sighed in relief.
Poison.
They remembered how the same was told for Eunwoo when he was shot at the event. They understood that Hades had sent those men to kill them but failed.
Hours passed and Yeon was finally transferred to a ward. The nurse allowed them to visit her.
They entered the room and all their anger vanished the moment they saw Yeon's pale body. She looked dead. Anyone would think that she was dead if it weren't for the machine that showed her heartbeat.
Her lips were slightly blue and chapped.
No one could control their tears especially Mr. Kim. His little girl had sacrificed herself for him.
He couldn't protect her like he should have but instead, she was protecting all of them instead.
They were all devastated seeing their strong girl so weak. They stayed in Yeon's room when the door slammed open revealing Eunwoo in a hospital gown.
He slowly entered the room, eyes watering.
The last thing he saw before he lost consciousness was Yeon getting shot and the first thing he did when he woke up was to find Yeon.
He broke into tears as he held her hand, it was cold, "Why do you always have to suffer?" He whispered as he sobbed seeing the girl he loved in such a condition.
"You knew." He heard Yoongi whisper.
Yoongi launched himself at Eunwoo and held him by his collar and harshly shook him, "YOU FUCKING KNEW EVERYTHING AND YOU STILL DIDN'T STOP HER!! WHY?! I THOUGHT YOU LOVED HER?!" He furiously yelled as angry tears left his eyes and the others pulled him away from the injured guy causing the guy to fall on the floor.
"What are you talking about?!" Eunwoo yelled, clutching his stab wound.
"We know everything. Everything." Seokjin said looking at Eunwoo with dark eyes.
Eunwoo who understood what he meant clutched onto the hospital bed for balance and stood up with wide eyes.
"Why didn't you tell us? Didn't you know know how dangerous it was!?" Mr. Kim yelled while his tears spilled effortlessly.
"What did you want to know?" Eunwoo asked calmly.
"That your first wife was raped until she died or that she was kidnapped by Choi's men and tortured till she bled until she lost consciousness? What did you want to know?" He asked them.
His face was calm but his heart was pounding inside his chest and Eunwoo's calm expression only made everyone in the room angry.
Jungkook who couldn't control his anger anymore punched him on his face making Eunwoo fall on the floor again.
