17. Livia

Livia is the quickest scout, Leugey's daughter, Caiman's sister, Spitz, Repton, and Horek's niece, Gari, Shamara, Gator, Rosella, and Croco, Hilda's cousin. She has her father's appearance but with blue eyes and long eyelashes. She uses a whip as her weapon of choice. Her battlecry is "Rocks away!"

Livia is a sweet girl and has a kind heart. She is gentle and easily frightened by anyone whom she thinks is more scary than her. Livia hates getting in trouble and doesn't like it when people get into arguments. Livia also loves helping people and she is never seen in a good situation without a smile on her face.

Livia loves her friends dearly but had a brief negative interaction with Aasira. When the Storm Hawks are framed for stealing the new Aurora Stone, the squad is arrested devastating Aasira. Livia tries to cheer her Sky Knight up but Aasira snarls at her. The two reconcile but Livia now holds a tiny fear of her friend.

Livia holds great respect for the Storm Hawks and Talon Resistance. She seems to have a crush on Ace. She is only seen interacting with him when he shields her from Aasira. He then looks and grins warmly at her when Aasira apologizes to her for being mean.

She loves her cousins dearly but has a small fear of Rosella (always seen looking at her with a look of fright whenever she snarls at an enemy).

She had a close bond with her brother.

Livia is the youngest raptoress.

She loves the environment and hates pollution.

Livia is the only Skyhawk that doesn't engage enemies in hand to hand combat.

Livia is the only raptor girl who isn't a tomboy.
