Garnet is a red Arunachal pit viper who joins the Skyhawks after her adopted mother dies. She has dark red skin with black rectangular markings and red eyes. She also has a pointed mouth.
Garnet is shy and timid but a fierce fighter. She also has a paralyzing bite. She normally speaks softly but also hisses and snarls when enemies are nearby. Heron, Thea, and Jonay were terrified of Garnet when they first met but became good friends later on.
She didn't like the squadrons at first but she overcame her fears quickly.
Garnet was initially afraid of the Skyhawks, Storm Hawks, and Talon Resistance when she first saw them but quickly warmed up to them once hearing they were good.
Garnet was a little hurt by the fact Thea, Jonay, and Heron were afraid of her due to her appearance but was happy when they finally put their fears aside.
She reveals herself to be a fan of Cyclonis due to them both liking crystals and magic.
Trivia:
Garnet is named after the gemstone garnet which is the same color as her.
Her main objective in life is to clear her species name.
She says that she hates eating rodents and prefers bugs, grubs, and market eggs.
She is the only reptile in Shadow Stalk's clan.
