Windy is Aerrow and Piper's youngest daughter, Pramesh and Aasira's younger sister, and Zephyr's twin sister. She has a feline appearance with dark brown fur, dark blue hair, and orange eyes. She fights using a small dagger.
Windy is shown to be cunning, clever, and very intelligent. She is bold in her opinions and will not let up on an assignment until she's finished. She is very affable and enjoys meeting new people, even if they are cyclonians.
Windy adores the company of her parents and siblings but appears to be more of an introvert.
At first, Windy was suspicious of Kaida and her friends but soon grew to trust them and was shocked to learn Kieran was Apello's son.
She is very fond of Nighthowler who serves as her mount.
She loves her pets.
