Dr. PT Socket is an old anthropomorphic cat and one of Ace's friends. PT is an overweight orange tabby cat with dark red stripes and hazel green eyes. He wears a similar outfit to the Terradons.
Dr. Socket was a close friend of Ace's during his time as a cyclonian. He provided his old outfit, skimmer, and weapons. He was friendly, goofy, and clumsy. However, Socket showed signs of suffering from asthma. He was first introduced in season 4 when the teams come to him for assistance in new tech that can beat Levia's nightcrawlers. In the end of the episode, Socket tells Ace he felt like he was his son and apologized he wasn't always around. He explains how a father always protect and love their children and to make sure his own children know that.
Socket was a close friend and ally to Ace when he was evil. He loved him like his own son. Ace was sad when he had to say goodbye to him.
He disliked Apello and the rest of the talons knowing they were the reason Ace became evil.
He was fond of the Storm and Skyhawks, especially Kaida.
Trivia:
PT Socket was named after the tool socket, hinting at his occupation.
It's never revealed what his initials PT stand for.
His current fate is unknown but at the end of his debut episode, he falls asleep in his rocking chair after saying farewell to his friends. It's hinted he actually died when Ace sees the lamp in PT's window goes out. This idea was also used for Tinder's death when the light on the wall emitted from his flame fades away.
