Vesper is a black cat and one of Jett's associates and partners in crime. She has black fur, pointy erect ears and luminous green eyes. Her species is unknown but she looks like a sphinx cat with fur.
Vesper first met Jett when she was a kitten. Neglected by her ally cat parents, Vesper went off on her own and was kidnapped by animal control where she was declawed. She escaped and ran away before she met Jett and later, Kite. She is subtle and labels herself as a "Silent Killer", given that she can walk and strike silently. She is also malicious and humorous. She especially hates humans due to her past. Upon meeting the Skyhawks, Vesper showed great malice towards them. However, they are shocked upon learning what happened to her. Vesper later gains a more affable side when she joins the team.
Vesper loves and enjoys her new friends and teammates.
It's not stated but Vesper appears to have feelings for her Jett and Kite.
Vesper appears to have a hatred towards the Talon Resistance for unknown reasons.

Her pupils dilate when she's happy or sad but shrink into slits when she's scared or angry
She has a grudge against the Talon Resistance, especially Ace as shown when she pounced on him after identifying him as his former title. Her reasons are unknown.
