Neptune is a kludde and an animal companion to Aasira. He is seen with black fur and bright blue eyes with light blue scleras. He is seen the size of a grown rhino. Plus, his inner ears and lower half of his wings are blue. When he's angry, a blue flame emits from the tip of his tail.
Neptune is first found by Aasira trapped in a rope trap. The girl immediately fell for him. Neptune appears as a goofy and sweet baby who enjoys making his owner happy. He becomes more playful and mischievous in later seasons. He also becomes more aggressive and hostile.
Neptune loves Aasira to death and will go to extreme measures to protect her and his fellow animal companions.
At first, Neptune was wary of the Storm Hawks but he grew to trust them.
Neptune saw the battle between Aasira and Levia. He was angered when he saw his master overpowered by the witch and decided to intervene. Before Levia (in dragon form) could do anything to Aasira, Neptune blasts the head of the main tower of Apello's palace off, which falls and impales the witch, glaring maliciously at her as she dies.
Trivia:
Neptune is named after is eyes being the same color as his planet namesake.
Neptune is the third animal character to kill someone intentionally. The first two being Wildfire and Nettle.
Neptune's species is deemed to be evil demons but that isn't mentioned in the show.
Both Spirit and Neptune are responsible for the deaths of the two main antagonists of the show.
