Arcta is an anthropomorphic arctic fox and one of Levia's minions. She later turns her allegiance to Asteria. She has white fur and light blue eyes. She uses a bow and arrows powered by a blizzard crystal.
She is an uptight, perfectionist, prone to fits of rage if her orders are not adhered to precisely. She is also seductive and can easily charm a weak minded male such as Finn or Snipe. She is a skilled flyer, a champion archer, and a master skier. She has a certain rivalry with Ravess and Finn. Despite her evil deeds, Arcta is shown very humane to those who help her as seen when Thea rescues her from an avalanche, she thanks her repeatedly and gives her a blizzard crystal. Arcta doesn't take kindly to Levia or Kain, claiming they were too evil for her taste. In episode, "Terror Tropica", she rescues the Storm Hawks and Talon Resistance from a robotic hound by freezing and breaking it. She helps them find their kids and leaves in grief after Wand dies. She later joins the Talon Resistance alongside Black Spade and Gibbous.
Arcta has a distinct rivalry with Ravess, later becoming her ally.
Finn seems to have a crush on Arcta.
Pantha also shows to have a rivalry with Arcta.

Arcta's name is a reference to the Arctic
Why she helps and joins the heroes is unknown but it's possible she had the same motive as Black Spade; protect her home from Asteria.
She is the second female villain who wasn't from Storm Hawks to join the heroes.
She is the only anthropomorphic animal to commit an act of intentional murder.
She is the first anthropomorphic animal villain in the show to turn good and the second to be introduced.
