Hades

Hades was Ace's dragon mount during his time on the Cyclonian squad. He had red and black scales with golden tips and green eyes.

Hades was gifted to Ace by Master Anarchis for betraying the original Storm Hawks, being named after the god of the underworld (and Ace's favorite Greek god). Hades became a form of transportation and protection for Ace and the Cyclonian Squad. In one battle against the Rex Guardians, Hades is mortally wounded by the guardians' battle cruiser when a large bolt with electrical energy hits him, causing the dragon to lose control and plummets into Terra Frost, not before throwing his rider to safety away from the blast. Ace manages to have a final moment with his pet before watching him sink into an icy lake. As a memory of his loyal companion, Ace keeps one of Hades' teeth in his pocket at all times.

Hades was shown to love his master dearly, saving him during their battle with the Rex Guardians.

It's unknown what relations he had with the other Cyclonian Squad members.

Trivia:

Hades is named after the god of the underworld and death, (Ace stating Hades was death with wings). Ironically, Hades was killed by the Rex Guardians.

Hades is the only mythical creature on the Cyclonian Squad (if you don't count Billy who looks like a minotaur).

He is also the only member of the Cyclonian Squad who died.

Hades bore a striking resemblance to Drogon from GOT, only Hades has green eyes and golden tipped scales.

His death was also similar to Viserion for both were shot out of the sky and drowned in a lake, only Hades was shot down with a bolt tipped with electrical energy.

It's implied Nightking, Jadetooth, and Goldclaw are descendants of Hades; both because their masters have names of Greek goddesses (one of which being Persephone, Hades' wife) and Nightking bears a strong resemblance to him.
