Sparrow Strike was the father of Ace, Jay, Kai, Parotia, and Lightning Strike, and Ida's husband. He had red hair, green eyes, and a very muscular build.
Not much is known about Sparrow before his current life. He became a Sky Knight of the Storm Hawks after his father in law creates the Sky Knight Council. Assumingly, his team consisted of the grandparents of the human Storm Hawks, (except Piper's maternal grandparents). Eventually, he has four sons named Lightning, Kai, Jay, and Ace, and a daughter named Parotia. Sparrow praised his middle child Lightning, the most due to him bearing the strongest resemblance to him and Kai leaving to create a squad of his own. He was very abusive towards Ace mainly, stating he was the weakest of the children and needed to be strengthened up. Kai eventually got Strike arrested for child endangerment. Strike died in a riot a few weeks after.
Strike never cared about Ace and was very abusive towards him in his youth.
He loved his middle children Lightning Strike and Parotia.
He never really paid any attention to Jay or Kai.
He loved his wife, Ida and was devastated upon losing her.

Sparrow's name is a reference to his grandson, Aerrow.
He is the second Sky Knight of the Storm Hawks.
Originally, he was going to be Ace, Kai, and Jay's step-father and nameless.
He is the only canonical offscreen death for Skyhawks.
He is the only character to have died in prison.
Originally, he was going to be one of Kain's victims.
