Master Levia

Master Levia was the new ruler of Cyclonia, Cyclonis, Kain, and Asteria's mother and Lyra, Annie, and Kieran's grandmother. She is seen with pure white skin, robes, and hair and violet eyes. She fights with a black energy crystal which can kill anyone with a single blast except for family members.

Levia is very subtle and appears to be more evil than Cyclonis. Despite her evil nature, Levia has a hard backstory. She was born in the wastelands to a crystal mage named Levian. Her mother remains unnamed but she got sick and died. She and her father moved to Cyclonia where Levian was accidentally killed by an unnamed Sky Knight. Levia eventually met Firebolt, the son of Master Anarchis of Cyclonia and fell for him. The two eventually married and had three children in the future; Kain, Asteria, and Apello. When Firebolt is killed in action, Levia is banished from Cyclonia by Anarchis. She tries to have the talon and raptor children kidnapped but they escape. Later, the talons and raptors find out what Levia did and confront her at Cyclonia. Levia denies the accusations. Before a battle ensues, Levia reveals Apello is her daughter and offers a deal; she will leave Cyclonia forever, returning full leadership of Cyclonia to Apello if only the latter can execute her son and his friends for committing treason (working with the Storm Hawks) against Cyclonia. The teens' parents are infuriated at the deal and they exile themselves. For the remainder of seasons 1-4, Levia is the main antagonist. At the end of season 4, Levia is dueling Aasira as a large albino dragon. The former manages to overpower her opponent and prepares to kill her. Suddenly, Aasira's kludde, Neptune blasts the head of the main palace off, which impales and kills Levia offscreen. Her body is covered in rocks and debris to obstruct the gruesome sight. 

Levia loved Kain and was devastated when she found out he was dead. 

She hated all of the Skyhawks, Storm Hawks, and Talon Resistance but believed it was Ace that murdered Kain (when it was really Spirit). 

Levia used to love Apello until she tried to kill her after learning she kidnapped her son.

Levia kidnapped Kieran, Kaida, Rodion, Macey, and the raptor girls from Cyclonia and took them to the wastelands to trade the power of Cyclonia for the children. They escape and get away.

Neptune is responsible for Levia's demise. He kills her by blasting a the top of the pillar of the main palace which impales Levia offscreen.

Levia never met Asteria but she was her mother.

Trivia:

Levia is named after the leviathan, a creature her father created.

Levia was going to be turned into a crystal instead of being impaled. 

Originally, Levia was going to be Ace's mother but I wanted him to have a more tragic backstory.

It is unknown who killed Levia's father but it could've been a motive to turn Kain against Atmos.

She is the second villain to die on the show. The first being Kain.

In the season 4 finale, Levia turns into a dragon, an ability all of her family members have (being able to turn into animals and mythical beasts).
