Dr. Wiley Snow

Dr. Wiley Snow is an Australian-accented anthropomorphic white fox and an infamous gangster. He has white fur and fancy clothes. He has blue eyes with icy blue scleras. He wears a white tailor suit, gloves, pants, shoes and top hat with a blue ribbon tied around it. He carries a black steel cane powered by a red striker crystal.

Snow was once one of Apello's crystal experts and possibly an old flame. He dwells on Terra Glacier, a terra made of ice and snow instead of rock and dirt. He is served by emperor penguins and guarded by three mute female snow leopards named Blizzard (silk red uniform), Squall (silk green uniform), and Flurry (silk blue uniform), who are all highly trained in Sky Fu. He is known for his charisma and gambling skills. He is very polite and orderly as seen when he introduces himself to the Skyhawks. He is also suave and somewhat seductive. He is also a trickster, con man, and a magician. He is easily enamored by any pretty females.

Snow and Apello are close friends and former acquaintances. 

He is also on good terms with Ace but shows a small fear of him.

He appears to be on good terms with Ravess, Snipe, and the raptors.

Snow immediately takes a liking to the Storm and Skyhawks, especially Aasira and Kaida.

Dr. Snow is a fierce rival to the Colonel. 

Trivia:

Snow's name is a reference to his species; Snow fox. 

Snow's penguin butlers always wear tuxedos and only one speaks.

The penguin that speaks is a king penguin named Eggbert, while the rest are mute emperors.

Snow's snow leopards are named after winter storms and are implied to be aphonic.

They are all female and can only be determined by their clothes' colors.

Snow is probably the colonel's nicer counterpart. The two are gangsters but Snow is more subtle and politer. However, he's also more lethal.
