chapter 34 where is he!??!

Blaza woke up the next morning to see that socks was nowhere to be seen. He knew that he couldn't move on his own as his back is probably broken if not all the rocks made hem unable to move around.

Blaza only knew there's 2 possibitls for this.

1 his friends took hem away.

2 the group that's trying to kill them got hem.

Blaza is hopeing it's the first option as he knows that socks would be dead if so. Blaza immediately booked it to the group house worried more then mad. His friends immediately knew something was wrong. Blaza asked if they took socks and all of them knew that he wasn't there and replied now also worried. They saw that blaza had his way and tale dropped immediately before heading out.

Blaza doesn't know where the group hides but he suddenly smelled fire coming from somewhere. He looked around and saw a spot on a mountain with smoke coming from it.

"Did socks start a fire or is that a wild fire?!"

Blaza started to race over to the mountains that took around 30 minutes or so. He got thare to see the fire burned its self out and he started to look around. There was still heavy smoke everywhere and it was cooking  hem almost but he didn't care. If socks is there he needs to make sher hes ok.

Blaza saw a slight red glow fru the smoke and ran over. He saw socks tied against a burned tree with almost no breath. Blaza immediately cut off the ropes and put socks on his back before flying off.

Socks had a really bad burn on his back aswell as burns every where. Socks was also somehow awake but on the edge of the line. Blaza brought hem to the hospital as he obviously couldn't deal with this on his own.

Blaza barged into the hospital and immediately got meny stares. Me nurses came over immediately seeing socks in extremely bad shape. They sead he would have to be here for quite awhile cus how bad this is and they are surprised he is still alive. They told blaza to tell the overs about hem and he agreed as they needed to know how much danger the 2 or them are in.

Blaza came in the group house and told everyone what happened. They mostly believed hem cus he had slight burns on hem and can tell hes struggling to breathe slightly and they all started to head to the hospital.

They got there and were also surprised how socks is alive but also were extremely concerned for how bad the burns are. Everyone was asking blaza what happened but all he knew it that he was getting burned alive on a tree. He wasn't sure if he was the one to start the fire or not but hes lucky that that fire helped blaza find hem.

Blaza is going to stay in the hospital with socks for the entire recovery of hem in case something happened that kills hem. Blaza knew hes probably going to be ok but there's still a possibility that he won't be ok at all.

Socks knew hes most likely going to live but he is in extreme pain currently and cant even speak. He almost feels as if his brain got cooked or something. Hes also really struggling with breathing as the burn has damaged hem badly. He tried to look over at blaza but couldn't as it put hem in extreme pain and if he could he would have told them to have put hem down. He wouldn't care if blaza would kill himself as he knew that this would make the pain stop. Like ya he wants blaza to live but if its needed to be done then that's how it would be.

Blaza really wants to hug socks but knows that he would probably atchley kill hem if he did. Eventually socks will be relly tho and he would be fine. Everyone left after around a few minutes as they couldn't stand how bad the burn is. One of the nurses came in to check on them and could tell there was more then a burn that socks had. It was more of a thought that they could see in his eyes.

"Are you sher it's not gust a burn he is suffering from?"

Blaza froze thinking why would a nurse ask that to hem and not the doctor's romeing around. Blaza then looked back over at socks and red there is probably more then gust a burn.

"Dose he want to be put down?!!? I hope not as we already know how I was to see socks laying on the bed where he only was stabbed by rocks. He also wouldn't let go of hemself that easily!"

That thought made blaza start to worry more as he was worried that that's what he wanted. He couldn't bring hemself to thinking of that and started to break down slowly. The nurse knew why he was acting like this and looked over at socks who was moving extremely slowly to not hurt hemself. He was obviously putting hemself in extreme pain but only wanted to confirm blaza who we brakeing down.

The nurse gave them an idea that might work for the both of them before the whole idea of killing socks. The nurse said that they could put socks in a coma at till hes recovered enough to talk and move around. The only thing is that this would put socks life on a extremely high risk line. Blaza said that that's probably a better idea than killing hem as there's a possibility that he'll live.

The nurse got some kind of gas to make hem fall asleep and it almost immediately knocked hem out.the heart rate dropped a decent amount but after around a week it was back to normal.

Time skip as literally nothing but blaza talking to hemself about the possibility of socks dieing happened and a few visitors from the friend groups that were silent.

4 months later

Socks was in better condition than before and he was now starting to wake up again. But looked over and immediately got up in excitement. He was here that he lived fru the coma and the burn together. The burn was obviously going to be a scar but it wont effect hem.

Socks didn't feel pain till he moved as he is sore from staying still for so long. Blaza immediately hugged hem but carefully as if his back gets pressure put on it it would cause alot of pain. socks kinda stayed quiet expecting that he would've died but didn't.

Socks was told to not go on his back which he already knew why. The next day everyone from there friend group came to see how hes doing ever since he got burned. All he really could explain it being like was that he never felt so much pain. It was so much he could barely tell it was there but at the same time he knew he was in pain. It was confusing for all of them but they shrugged it off. Everyone left after awhile and blaza was going to leave knowing he fine now and wont die while asleep but socks wanted him to stay.

Blaza stayed cus he knew they needed each over still but he also felt like he was un able to stay away. Like if something was infront of hem. He walked back over to socks but was pulled up to the edge of the bed and sat there. Socks was hugging hem from behind while blaza was quickly getting tired as he hasn't gotten mutch sleep for awhile as he was awake watching the heart rate thing for the past couple months and only got like 6 weeks of sleep or something. The point is he got almost no sleep.

He fell limp slowly as he fell asleep and socks still was holding onto hem. Socks relisd not long later that blaza fell asleep and layed hem on his side carefully to not wake hem up. Socks cant leave the bed so he was kinda suck with blaza on the bed but he didn't care. socks also quickly fell asleep half on blaza and was kinda curled but not. He was able to hear blazas heart beat that was calming to the point he never wanted to loose hem as he would never hear it again.

Only a few weeks went by now and socks was going to be replaced the next day. Socks was honestly scared to leave as he doesn't want to go fru that again. It was also snowing out there currently as they completely missed the entirety of fall and end of summer.

Atchley should there be seasons in this AU please let me know as fru out the entire thing till gust now it would have been summer and in this world they had the wings for over a year now.0_0
