As the elevator came to a halt Reno and the others quickly rushed out in the halls with me still held tight In Reno's arms, Tseng rushed out infront of us his phone in hand which he typed away furiously at

"You three take a helicopter and get out of here, me and the new president will follow closely behind" he said softly looking back at us as he did

Reno nodded giving Tseng a thumbs up as he held me closer "Will do"

"Be careful" Rude nodded smiling reassuringly at Tseng looking over his shades

Tseng nodded and he smiled slightly at us all before he rushed off, Reno held me tighter as he sighed softly smiling as he continued to walk down the hall with Rude.

"Tseng seems very protective of Rufus huh" I said softly taking a deep breath as I stayed clung to Reno

"It's his job" Reno said softly nodding as he started to make his way up some stairs towards the roof

"Yeah but.... there's a little more to it" Rude said softly and he chuckled slightly as he adjusted his shades

"Huh?" Reno raised an eyebrow looking at Rude

"Have you seriously not picked up on it?" Rude chuckled more placing a hand on Reno's shoulder

"Picked up on what?!" Reno chuckled shoving Rude slightly

"Are you serious? Y/N... you get what I'm talking about right?" Rude chuckled shoving Reno back as he looked at me

I chuckled nodding as I poked Reno's cheek "I do"

"What?! Come on! What have I missed?! It is his job!" Reno chuckled and he poked my stomach shoving Rude again rushing up the stairs quicker as he did

I gasped as I clung to Reno more as he rushed up the stairs laughing as he did, Rude rushed up behind him gentle hitting him on the back of the head

"Tseng obviously has feelings for the new president, dumbass" Rude chuckled and he shook his head

"Ohhh.... I see... never saw that one coming" Reno chuckled rubbing the back of his head

"Are you serious?!" Rude laughed and be slung a arm around Reno's shoulder*

"Ofcourse he is" I laughed along with Rude poking Reno's cheek

"Hey! Quit it! It's not my fault I didn't see it! I'm a busy man!" Reno laughed and he blushed swatting my hand away

"Busy in Y/N's pants" Rude teased and he laughed patting Reno on the back

"Rude!!" Reno gasped shoving Rude away as he blushed furiously laughing as he ran up the stairs faster

"I'm not wrong!" Rude laughed following

"You two are children" I laughed shaking my head as I stretched staying in Reno's arms

"It's not me, it's your boyfriend" Rude laughed

"You started it!" Reno laughed

"You're both as bad as eachother, now come on.... we need to get out of here" I chuckled rubbing my eyes

Reno and Rude nodded chuckling to themselves as they eventually made it up the stairs rushing out to the roof where two helicopters were landed, Reno held me closer as he took a deep breath him and Rude nodding at each other as they rushed into one of the helicopters. Rude got into the pilots seat while Reno helped me get strapped in at the back, once I was secure he kissed my forehead before he took the seat next to Rude taking a deep breath as Rude started the helicopter. As we took off the wind picked up more and dark clouds started to loom over Midgar I watched in horror as so did everyone else below us from their windows and front doors, as we flew higher I caught a glimpse of sector 5 praying to myself that Aerith and Cloud were ok.

"Hold on tight Y/N it's going to be a bumpy ride" Rude said snapping me out of my thoughts as I nodded

I sighed softly as I sat back in my chair gripping onto the fabric as we flew higher, the wind making the helicopter difficult to control but I felt safe with Rude piloting nonetheless as he started to head over and out of Midgar my eyes widening

"Wait! Where are we going?!" I yelled in panic looking between Rude and Reno

Reno scratched the back of his head and he sighed "somewhere that isn't Midgar"

"I.... what?! We can't just leave everyone here to Sephiroth's mercy!" I growled trying to unfasten myself

"We don't have any other choice!" Rude interrupted adjusting his shades as he nodded at Reno

"Bullshit! We have to fight!" I snarled stamping my foot

"How?! It's Sephiroth we have no chance against him Y/N!" Reno sighed rubbing his face as he looked at me

"We have to try! I've defeated him before!" I screamed

"And he's back and stronger! Quit being stubborn and stick to our plan" Reno said softly and he grabbed my hands caressing it as he tried to calm me down

I opened my mouth to say something but immediately shut it again as I sighed sitting back down in my seat as I took my hands back and crossed my arms looking away from my boyfriend who sighed softly turning back to face the front of the helicopter. No other words were shared through the rest of the ride as I kept my arms crossed watching Midgar fade in the distance making me sink into my chair, as we continued to fly over the now grasslands outside of Midgar's walls the clouds started to turn darker and the winds picked up

"The fuck?" Reno gasped grabbing onto the side as the helicopter jolted slightly

"This is bad" Rude sighed trying his best to keep control of the helicopter

I crossed my arms my eyebrows furrowed as I watched the two men panic, I looked out the window besides me squinting as I saw something flying towards the helicopter in the distance

"Uh... guys.... what's that?" I said softly pointing to my window

"Huh?" Rude looked out his window that was on the same side as mine looking over his shades as he did his eyes widening "No way"

"What's wrong partner?" Reno raised an eyebrow standing up slightly to see over Rude his eyes also widening

"Shit" I growled as that something clearly came into view as Sephiroth

Rude grabbed onto the controls of the helicopter harshly trying to steer it out of Sephiroth's path but it was no use. Sephiroth landed on the helicopter with a thud and then a large slice was heard the side of the helicopter falling off the reveal the white haired man, he smirked at me and then looked over to Rude and Reno holding his large blade up to the both of them as he used his other hand to take control of the helicopter aiming to crash it. I gasped standing up from my seat as I stumbled over to Sephiroth as the helicopter started to dive, I growled pulling my blade out from its holder as I stabbed Sephiroth in the back. He quickly turned his attention to me grabbing onto the blade as he pulled it from his back, deep red blood soaked his clothing as he glared at me.

"Son of a bitch" I growled tightening my grip on the sword

Sephiroth growled back also tightening his grip on the blade and he looked at the hole he had made in the helicopter slowly turning to face me before he then jumped out pulling me and the blade down with him

"Y/N!!!" Reno screamed trying to reach me but he was pulled back by Rude

"Grab the parachutes!" Rude yelled as he steadied himself

Reno nodded as he stumbled over to the parachutes chucking one to Rude as both males put them on jumping out the crashing helicopter together

"Reno!!" I gasped as I saw him and Rude jump sighing in relief as I saw Parachutes shoot out from their backs

Sephiroth snarled as he had now grabbed onto me properly keeping me in his grip as he continued to fall, he spread his large wing before we hit the ground as he landed us both safely onto the ground. I snarled jumping back from Sephiroth as soon as my feet touched the ground holding my sword up to him

"Let's finish this once and for all!" I growled

Sephiroth looked at me smirking as he nodded slightly also holding his long blade out to me

"You will bow to me, Y/N"
