Lets start with the title “Second Chance at Love”, I find the title pretty interesting and it makes me want to know more about your book, plus as you said it's an LGBT+ so its kind of my jam, but your cover much to my dismay is not exactly suitable, I suggest that you find a bit more interesting cover for your book.
The blurb of your story was quite short and to the point which is great but it failed to make me intrigued in knowing the plot of your story. I suggest you try to make it more intense so that it makes a reader very keen to know what's in your story.
The hooks of your book were quiet good it made me want to read your next chapter, so I must say you know how to keep your readers interested and I liked the fact that you explained the Indian cuisine at the end or some words that were not known to others. I also like the fact that even though you switched between the point of views you knew what are you saying.
I liked the character of Arushi, fun bold and a carefree soul, she adds a comical flavor to your book though the character of Aditi makes you want to know more about her as she is very secretive and more so an over thinker, so I must say your characters aren't a let down but as per your plot and your writing feels as if you are narrating something to someone without actually carrying the right emotions. I think you should read a bit more of LGBT+ genre books for a better reference. I don't mean to let you down but I see that you have a potential and if you want any recommendations you can check our reading list for suggestions, it will help you to enhance yourself in writing the genres of the similar kind. Also, I suggest you to look for some app for the grammatical errors and improve on your sentence formations besides that you are doing good and do keep writing.
