Firstly, let's talk about the title “Paparazzi”, given that your book is solely based on themes such as stalking, kidnapping and murder. I don't really see any appeal coming out of the name that would entail to the suitability of the plot. The foremost significant aspect that attracts any reader to pursue him or her to read a specific story is the title and the cover itself. Personally I could see the reflection of one of the features of your story embedded into the heart of your cover but the title however just seems amiss. That along with the blurb could really make a difference with the readers if you could highlight the basic idea of the plot, it's not to say that you give away your story but something more intriguing than just a vague idea, it could attract the right crowd that's sought after the books of your genre.
Simplistic approach is what I think you've adopted as your writing style and I must say that it improves the readability of your book but there are certain things that jumbles with the sentence framing. Nevertheless, it's quite impressive that the actual amount of spelling errors throughout the story are quite less. The main problem with using simple English in a book is that you tend to slip up on tenses a lot and it's pretty difficult to go back every time and deal with them. I have experienced that a lot of writers having difficulty when it comes to tenses. I would suggest using some kind of app for the rectification for any grammatical errors such as punctuation, sentence and phrases and dealing with adjectives.
Caelan, the protagonist in this story is throughout portrayed as weak... as some sort of victim surrounded by bullies all along. The first few chapters we get an insight to the terrible life that she's been enduring alone. Panic, anxiety and pain are the prominent emotions featured as if they are embodied into her being. Frankly, I don't really get much of the character adequacy even as she goes through the trauma of being kidnapped and treated as a pet. To actually make her emotions and struggles to blend in together and coming out into something real, I would suggest using some metaphors and right adjectives to amplify her thought process.
Meanwhile, Zander; the rich, obsessive and possibly dangerous guy, I feel has been put up very lightly. The strength of his character as her captor should depict highly of that of a dominant man with tendency to kill anyone that stands in his way but I would really like if instead of just the facts I could get that trait of his dark personality from his twisted thoughts. By this I mean I understand his obsession, craze and the desire to have Caelan but the powerful, overbearing and controlling aspect that makes a BDSM romance book would not only heighten the reality of the story but also level up the intensity, that is only if you are aiming to project that sort of idea.
The suspense part of your story has been put up quite well. That is the eagerness to read comes out naturally owing to the proper hook that you've installed at the end of every chapter. You have the right sense of direction as to where your story's going with which you've kept the flow of the plot intact. I would only suggest for you to do some research on the theme of Stockholm Syndrome that I'm guessing is the soul idea of your book. You really have the potential to do better just don't let any of these aspects keep you from making the best out of your book.
