♣Review♣

The title “It's the hate that counts” is quite intriguing and catches attention right away but, I can't say the same about your cover. I think that it doesn't portray your story well. A good cover would help your book stand out in a new light and would really attract large audience.

The blurb is adequately short. Emma, the protagonist has a good sense of humor that we enjoy throughout, her insecurities, her troubles, her situation and her battles with her inner self is explained well. I did feel connected to Emma emotionally so that's a fantastic thing.

The humor filled conversations between Emma and her mini me was quite interesting to witness. The emotions like warmth, hatred, frustration, friendship really came out well. It kept me hooked to your story.

The plot is well executed. The unpredictable boss, and the constant occurrence of strangers, just kept the readers' curiosity rising. The story gets takes a good turn when she works as a personal secretary for her childhood crush Zachary.

Wattpad being my first reading platform, the office romance between a boss and his secretary has been famous since the very beginning. But you have taken the genre to a different level. And the story wasn't much of a cliché, for which I am thankful of, though, I do wonder where you get your inspiration from...

You have good writing skills, your choice of words are also appropriate, especially with the comedy scenes. Your use of cliffhangers is also amazing.

I didn't come across any spelling error or major grammatical mistakes. You have maintained your writing style and its quite easy to get connected with the story. So good job at that. At last; keep writing, learning and improving...
