Let's begin with this!
The historical charisma displayed by your cover had me in right from the very first glance. Resplendent attire morphed together with warm bright colors and the air of sophisticated richness truly justifies the likes of your book. The boldness of the font just adds up to it. Display of adequate information has to be the most significant aspect of a blurb, since that's what truly propels the reader to pick up the book and begin with the reading. There has to be the right balance. Even though, I think that the blurb is a bit more factual than what people usually prefer, I'm sure that I won't have it any other way. It was thoroughly intriguing!
The manner in which you have crafted your writing style just reflects how much of detailed attention you've paid to every nook of your plot. I know you've been told that you have a beautifully rich vocabulary and I really can't help but state this as a matter of fact. The complexities of adopting such an elegant language to portray a story is that not a lot of people have the mindset to understand that kind of words, but to the one's who are deeply absorbed by the books of such genre, I'm sure for them it would definitely be fascinating just how it was to me.
The story set in the 1800s revolves around a man entitled, Captain Hiram Nightingale, who with his powerful command and noble heart leads his people on the deck of his ship. Further, it unfolds as he's faced with daunting challenges, compromised situations and horrors from the past that still linger ghostly around the corners of his mind. It's an extremely perilous journey as he fights fiercely for what he believes in and who he loves. Courtney, unruled by the envy of having his to-be-title taken away dutyly works under the new command of his captain. The unspoken bond between the two is effortlessly sincere and purely admirable. The budding feelings that erupts within Nightingale's heart since the very moment he lays his eyes upon Courtney, the urgency of his flooding thoughts and the guilty hesitance despite it all have been described so thoughtfully that it really makes the readers swoon over the morality.
On a personal note, I usually love the adventurous appeal of such periodical voyage stories they absolutely fill my heart with excitement and wonder. And I'm really glad that I could find that in your story.
