Let's begin. Belonging to a werewolf genre, the title “Half Brothers” is pretty attractive, it reflects an image of fighting for power or dominance which I think is creditably suited for the plot of your story. However, I think that your cover could've held similar power to it. Don't get me wrong, I can quite clearly see how the cover resembles the plot but I suggest you should at least improve the fonts and make it a bit bolder.
Satisfactorily, I feel like your blurb has everything it takes to draw in and pursue a reader to pick your book. Along with being short, it's precisely to the point and perfectly adequate to summarize your entire plot.
The construction of the story has been done in a very interesting way to allow all the hooks and ideas to fit in together well. Also, I like how at the end of every chapter you seem to have kept your readers engrossed and keen on staying hooked with the story. It only shows that you have developed good cliffhangers at every nook. The writing style is quite simple and honestly, I think you could improvise with that a tad bit by using more adjectives, adverbs and descriptive nouns. I would also suggest using some app to help you figure out the grammatical or spelling mistakes, it could really improve the quality of your story.
Vivaan and Nihal, the half brothers around whom the story revolves, I feel have not exactly been portrayed well. It is to say that I wanted to not only know them but also understand their behavior, body language and moods. The description about the rumbling thoughts or susceptibility could have been put forth in a bit more detailed manner.
Overall, I must say that I did enjoy your story at some points. The suspense and the cliff hanger got to me too. So good job on that! Since I've been through your work, I can affirmatively say that you can actually write well, you just need a bit of improvisations and believe me that will just do the trick!
