♣Review♣

I must say that the title of your book is a mystery in itself, the very sound of it is intriguing. However, the cover is a huge let down, not only is the title half cut off but also the background imagery has no semblance to the likes of your story. The most significant element that draws the reader in is the very cover page of the book and if that is compromised, it affects the overall impression even though the inside story might actually be good. So I sincerely suggest that you do something about it.

The way that you have perfectly summarized the compelling character of your protagonist within the blurb is very interesting and quite well framed. I liked the direct nature of your writing, the beauty with which you seem to describe certain emotional aspects is actually amazing. Specifically, I enjoyed how you portrayed the power of words in your very first chapter. Your writing is immensely clear, straightforward and extremely gripping. The boldness and weight that your words carry throughout the entire story had me in. However, I was quite puzzled with how the plot was going at certain parts since a lot had been happening right from the very beginning. By this, I mean while Gravity was away, Grayson hits his father with a lamp after he looked at the blood, honestly, what did that have to do with his father? I didn't quite get what was that about. Hopefully, if you have clarified that ahead in your chapters then I see no issue with this.

Though emotionally detached, I found Gravity's personality to be bold, fearless yet vulnerable with the people she actually loves. Even after being emotionally broken and severely hurt by her family, she still stands boldly to face the challenges that might come in her way. I found that pretty admirable. Further, as the story progresses new characters come into the picture and with the rogues into the mix, I think it was pretty enjoyable and you should keep on writing, you have a good way with your words!
