You and the others stepped out onto the fated battlegrounds, where innumerous Keyblades laid where their masters fell. Barely a sound was heard as you all stepped toward the center of the crossroads. Looking ahead, the Real Organization XIII had come to play. They stepped forward, once again cloaked, in the shape of a 'V' with Master Xehanort as its apex until meeting you and the others at the crossroads.
"Today, we join these other wielders and leave our mark on fate. I have waited patiently...but together, we shall unlock the Keyblade War's secrets," Xehanort said.
"Does he ever stop talking?" Celina mumbled. Xehanort smiled darkly through his yellow eyes and summoned his Keyblade.
"Now we forge it. The ultimate key..." He raised his blade-with-no-name above his head, grasping the hilt with both hands. "The Chi-blade!"
He turned the blade to face downward, gathering energy in its teeth, and shoved it into the ground. Dark fire erupted from the earth in a similar 'V' shape before the XIII. Lines appeared on the ground in peculiar angles, almost like a blueprint and the earth quaked. Keyblades fell from their dusty graves as giant pillars of rock and stone emerged from the ground, etched with markings and symbols long forgotten. The pillars and archways surrounded you and the others as another rose from beneath the twelve cloaks, raising them up as silhouettes against the clouded sun. Master Xehanort was perched upon a growing mountain behind them. You and the others scanned your surroundings, a labyrinth bearing the name The Skein of Severance.
"Here we go," Sora said. You all nodded and ran ahead as Master Xehanort smiled to himself, light and darkness clashing at last. You and Sora crossed the Trail of Valediction and found Ansem, Rumi, and Riku fighting Xigbar, Repliku, and Anti Lady Elena. Riku and his dark doppelgänger clashed blades while Anti-Elena watched them. Ansem and Rumi attacked Xigbar while trying to avoid his arrows. Riku and Repliku struggled for a moment, metal against metal before Riku pushed him back and knocked the Soul Eater away. He spun in an attempt to strike Dark Riku, but he dodged backward. Xigbar leaped into the air behind him, almost catching Ansem, Rumi, and Riku off-guard, and aimed his arrowguns at Riku. Riku dodge rolled to the side just in time as a number of pink light arrows shot into the ground. Xigbar landed on the ground and he and Repliku faced Ansem, Rumi, and Riku down just as you and Sora ran in.
"Riku! Ansem! Rumi!" the two of you said.
"Sora! (Y/N)!" the three of them said.
"Hey, girl!" Rumi said.
"'Sup?" you asked. You and Sora summoned your Keyblades and you all nodded to each other. Anti-Elena teleported near you and Sora as Ansem, Rumi, and Riku headed toward Repliku and Xigbar.
"Desist!" Anti-Elena shouted. She summoned a protective barrier as she floated in the air. You and Sora dodged to avoid the piercing laser beams. Once the barrier fell, You and Sora attacked Anti-Elena, who summoned a group of dark orbs around the two of you. They aimed at you and Sora and the lasers hit their targets.
"R for reload!" Xigbar shouted. Xigbar reloaded his arrowguns as Repliku shot a Dark Firaga spell at Riku. Keeping Ansem, Rumi, Riku distracted, he hung upside down in the air and aimed his arrows toward him, nearly missing as Riku knocked Repliku down. Elena landed softly on the ground, holding her arms to her chest, before expelling a great wave of darkness that coursed through the ground, scaling the walls of the labyrinth. She rose back into the air without a word.
"Wait!" Rumi shouted. Ansem rushed toward Anti-Elena, leaping upward.
"Elena!" he shouted.
