Donald and Goofy escorted King Mickey back to Disney Castle. His eyes lit up when he saw Queen Minnie. He ran to her and she shedded a tear. She started to run to him, but Pluto jumped ahead and pounced on Mickey, licking his face as Mickey giggled. Pluto barked happily when Minnie reached him. She laughed and took his hands in hers as Daisy approached Donald sweetly, before giving him a reproachful look. Goofy shuddered in anticipation of her outburst but she only hugged Donald instead. Jiminy Cricket popped out onto Goofy's shoulder with a smile. He grabbed his top hat as Goofy turned to see Yen Sid enter with Chip and Dale perched on his shoulders. Pluto jumped excitedly and the sorcerer smiled down at them. The sky flashed brightly and everyone looked up as the sky was illuminated with colorful fireworks. Meanwhile, you, Celina, Vanitas, Terra, Aqua, and Ven returned to the Land of Departure. Eraqus's Keyblade was planted in the ground adorned with a wreath, a vigil for their fallen master. The trio each held their Wayfinders close to their hearts before walking back to the castle. You, Celina, Terra, and Aqua walked on ahead while something caught Ven and Vanitas's eye. Peering from behind a stone wall was a cat with folded ears, a cape, and a coin purse. Skittishly at being seen, Chirithy ducked behind the wall, before peeking out slowly. Ventus and Vanitas beckoned it over and it hopped out from the wall and into Ven's arms. Terra called for him and Vanitas to catch up and they obliged, as the three Wayfinders glimmered from their place on the wreath. Once you all reached the castle, Vanitas's Unversed, including Katsuki, ran up to you and Vanitas.

"Waitwaitwaitwait-Agh!" you and Vanitas said as the Unversed tackled you.

"Oooh!" the others winced. You and Vanitas giggled as the Unversed were giving the two of you kisses.

"We missed you too!" you giggled.

In Twilight Town, Rumi, Ansem, and Elena walked over to the mansion where Hayner, Pence, and Olette waited somewhat patiently. As soon as the trio spotted them, they ran over and they were reunited as a family. In the World That Never Was, Muki and Xemnas were laying in bed, while admiring their newborn, Akaya. Roxy and Yui walked in and also got admire their baby sister. Back in Twilight Town, Axel and Roxas sat in their usual spot, the clock tower. They looked over as Xion joined them, sitting beside Roxas with a smile. They stared out at the ever-setting sun as a hand reached in bearing sea-salt ice cream. They looked up and see Isa with four bars in his hand. He offered one to each of them and sat beside Axel. Roxas went to take a bite but noticed the arrival of Rumi, Hayner, Pence, and Olette, each with their own ice cream bar. Axel and Roxas raised theirs in greeting and the four siblings sat next to Xion. They all began to eat and a flying shadow passed over them. In Radiant Garden, Even and Ansem the Wise were working on the computer as Ienzo was monitoring a girl in the chair. Naminé's eyes fluttered open and Even and Ienzo smiled. Later, Naminé was led out of the castle by Dilan and Aeleus. She squinted at the brightness of the sun as the Gummi Ship sailed down to the square, blowing wind through her blonde hair and scattering flower petals. Riku stepped out to greet her. She smiled and he extended his hand. She returned the smile and took it. The Gummi Ship sailed back into the sky. Sometime later, you and the much larger group of friends played on the beach of the Destiny Islands. You, Vanitas, and Celina were standing by the tide, watching the sunset.

"Wow. I never thought I would see a sun set this pretty," Vanitas said.

"Yeah. It's pretty cool," you said. Celina smiled but it quickly disappeared when she felt something crawl up her leg.

"AHHHH! THERE'S SOMETHING ON MY LEG!" she screamed. You looked over and picked it up, noticing that it's a hermit crab.

"It's a hermit crab," you said. Suddenly, you and Vanitas smirked.
