On a bridge in Daybreak Town, Ava had confronted Invi.

"Why did you tell Ira? It had to be you because you were the only one who knew where we were hiding. Didn't you think for a second that your actions could be making things worse than they already are?" Ava said.

"And why should that even bother you? Not only do you have your Union but you've also gathered the finest Keyblade wielders from other Unions and you're training them in a secret location, aren't you?" Invi asked.

"Yes, because that is my role!" Invi gasped.

"I had no idea... I apologize, I overstepped," she said.

"No, I shouldn't have snapped at you either."

"What did Ira want?"

"I don't know exactly. He just asked me to give up Gula. His eyes... They were...scary. I was worried he'd do something awful. I knew I couldn't tell him where Gula was. Then he turned around and walked away," Ava gasped.

"I see. And Gula? How is he doing?"

"I don't know. He's gone." Ava recalled when Ira confronted her about Gula. Ava's Chirithy ran to her and Gula's hiding spot under the bridge and met them.

"Someone's coming! They're headed straight this way!" Chirithy said. Ava affectionately scratched their chin.

"Take care of him," she said. She left Gula in her Chirithy's care. She walked up the stairs to the bridge and spotted Ira in the distance.

"Ira?" she asked as she ran to him. "Is something wrong?"

"I know Gula's here."

"What?!" Ava looked down, concerned.

"Tell me where he is," Ira said.

"But why? What are you going to do?"

"None of your concern."

"Does this have to do with (Y/N) and the Spirits?"

"Possibly." Ava blocked Ira's path.

"Don't," she said.

"What?"

"I won't let you near him."

"So that's it... All right. I'll go." And with that, Ira left. Ava hurried back to Gula. She found him crawling on the ground, pushing a box out of his way.

"Gula, what are you doing!?" she asked. She went to help him, but Gula held up his hand to stop her. He rested his back on a wall and sighed, his body weak and his cloak dirty.

"Something happen?" he asked.

"Ira was here. He wanted me to give you up," Ava replied.

"I knew it. It's finally come to this."

"Come to what?"

"Everyone wants to know about the Lost Page. It may have something to do with (Y/N)'s future."

"The Lost Page? (Y/N)'s future?"

"Yeah. It's a page the Master gave me. It doesn't exist in any of our Books. It contained a passage about an inevitable betrayal and how (Y/N) will have a dark future. It talks about 'the one who bears the sigil.' and 'the last Time Spirit killed by a black heart.' That's it. So, I don't know what to make of it to be honest. My role is to find out who it is. I suspected Aced and went to confront him." Gula laughed weakly. "And look what happened."

"Why are you telling me this, Gula? I have enough to think about keeping with the Master's teachings and my role." Gula touched Ava's hand.

"Always walking the straight and narrow. I'm a fool for basing my actions on what is written on that Lost Page. Everything in the passage is ambiguous at best," he said as he gripped her hand tightly. "That's why I need to find out."

"But how?"

"By asking the Master."

"But he's not here anymore."

"I'm going to summon Kingdom Hearts and bring the Spirits here."

"What!?"

"Then he'll have no choice but to come back."

"Summoning Kingdom Hearts is forbidden! And you heard what the Master said! These Spirits are dangerous!"

"That's exactly why!" Gula grasped Ava's hand with both of his and pleaded with her.

"The only way to get him back is to break the rules! If things don't change, the entire world is doomed! But, in order to go through with it, I'll need Lux. I don't have nearly enough! You always do the right thing. Help me with this," he said. Ava sighed.

"I'm sorry. I know you want the Master to return," she said as she gently placed her hands on his. "but you don't know how summoning Kingdom Hearts will affect the rest of the world. The Master... He forbid it for a reason. I'm afraid I can't help you."

"I see." Gula stood up and began to slowly walk away. He placed his hand on his chest.

"May your heart be your guiding key," he said and left Ava by herself. She sighed and looked at the sky.

"I wish you were here, (M/N). You'd know what to do," she said.
