I know you're most probably wondering what Camilla looks like so here's a pic.

---------

''He's hot. Just very open-minded in my opinion. '' Kaitlin voiced.

''Nah, he's just hot. But then again, so is Jason ..'' Alexa said, gulping down a can of soda ravenously.

We were sitting inside the school cafeteria after school since they allowed us to, talking about Kyle and Jason, comparing the both of them.

Loads of people seemed to be here.. well the 'cool' people. No wonder the majority of the time Alexa always stayed after school finished; so she could hang here.

''Jason is okay . Forget his looks, I'm interested in personality and his is crap.'' I muttered, resting my chin on my hand.

''Well I'll have him if you don't want him.'' Tori joked, pretending to get up.

''I don't own either of them, so they're available. Kyle's barely a friend anyway, all he did was give me a compliment.'' I mentioned.

''Are you sure he's barely a friend because he's heading this way right now.'' Alexa whispered, but it was loud enough for me to hear.

''Seriously?'' I hissed, focusing my eyes on her.

She nodded her head vigorously then took out her phone as he reached our table, sitting beside her; facing towards me.

''Hey Ms Ryanair.'' he said smug.

''Hi.''

''Do you like poetry?'' he asked, leaning forward.

''Well.. it depends.'' I shrugged my shoulders.

''I'll take that as a yes.'' he said, not smiling.

''Okay..''

''I'll see you after school..to read you some poems.'' he got up , still with a straight face and left.

All of us looked at one another, unsure about what just happened.

''Did he just say he's going to read you poems? Is this a fucking scene from Shakespeare?'' Alexa questioned, her can hitting the table.

''I think..'' I replied, confusedly.

''Is this the Twilight Zone.. seriously.'' Tori started to breathe quickly with a worried look on her face.

''Can you all just calm down. Have you never met a boy who offers to read poems?!'' Kaitlin cried, smiling.

''Not in fucking California.'' Alexa hissed.

Silence ensued, all of us confused as to the events that just took place. The bell went, interrupting our thoughts.

We packed away our things and followed the small crowd out of the school.

''My mom said I've got to be home straight away so unfortunately I've got to leave you guys. See you tommorow.'' Alexa waved goodbye and walked off.

''Ryan wanted...'' Kaitlin began.

''Just go, we know you're obsessed with him.'' I interrupted, shooing her away.

She ran off like a little girl over to Ryan who was walking with Jason and the other boys. Quickly I turned away as I nearly met Jason's gaze.

''That was close.'' Tori commented.

''Tell me about it.'' I sighed.

''So, do you like him or what?'' she asked the question which I had been hoping no one would.

''It's complicated.'' I truthfully answered.

''High school relationships are the real struggle.'' she chuckled, jogging away.

I couldn't wait to get home and just relax. School was stressing me out and it wasn't even the work.. it was the people.

''she wished she could look

beautiful and mysterious

in dark colors and red lipstick.

But she really was just a scared

little girl with chipped nail polish

and sad eyes.'' A voice spoke.

I turned around quickly to see Kyle walking beside me, his hands in his pockets and his eyes focused on the sky.

''Is that one of your poems?'' I asked.

''Mhm.'' he nodded his head slightly.

''It's cool. Say another one.'' I offered.

''you hold the entire ocean in your veins

and the universe in your eyes

and i swear that flowers grow out of your skin but

I am just a sad dandelion surrounded by so many roses

and every part of me hopes that I could somehow

be enough for you.''

''I liked that one , it was unique. Do you write poems all the time?''

''No, just when I'm angry. Like, when teachers send me out of class I write poems to let my anger out. It's relaxing , you should try it.'' he suggested, sliding his hands into his pockets.

''I don't know how to write a poem to save my life.'' I laughed.

''There's no one on this Earth who doesn't know how to write a poem , it doesn't have to be structured, or rhyme. It can just be your thoughts.''

''It's not my thing to be honest.'' I muttered.

''Whatever you say. Now, I'll write you one tommorow. Be prepared.'' he whispered into my ear, then took a turn down the first road leaving me standing there.

''Be prepared.'' I recited.

It was exciting, he was actually going to write one for me. No one's ever done that, it's pretty cool.

I jogged home and jumped onto my warm bed, it felt good to just relax and lay back. I turned on my television to American Horror Story.

It was the last episode of Freak Show and I hadn't watched this season in ages. Soon , the season Hotel would be starting, so I needed to finish this one ASAP.

After watching the episode I went on my phone and opened my notes. I was going to try and write my first poem, like a proper poet.

Nothing came to my mind, I had writers block.

What on Earth could this poem be about? .. food?

Food lifts my mood,

chicken is finger licking.

Lasagne drives me bananas.

Pears wipe away my tears.

Lame.

''This is why I hate poems. '' I muttered to myself.

I exited my notes and played music to calm my nerves. I played Marlon Roudette- When The Beat Drops Out. It was one of my favorite songs and always put me in a chilled out mood.

From where I was sitting I could see the sun going down and the purple skies overlapping the once pink shade.

Watching the sunset helped me fall asleep and before I knew it my eyes were slowly closing.
