Miguel

6:00 AM...

Ginulo ko ang buhok ko. This is getting frustrating already.

"Sir Miguel, saan ka ho pupunta?"

I refused to answer and made my way outside. The next thing I knew, I'm already driving. Saan ako pupunta? Sa babaeng 'yun?

This is so annoying. This is already getting out of hand. Hindi ko na nasusunod ang supposedly na schedule ko araw-araw.

"Miguel! Ang aga mo na naman. Ikaw ha, anong ginagawa mo na naman dito? Gusto mo na naman bang makita ang 'kaibigan' mo?" Nina asked me. But something was different in her voice. Even her expression. Is she smirking at me?

It's too early to break a sweat and it's cold in the morning. Why am I feeling nervous? Paano ko sasagutin and tanong niya?

"Kakain na kayo?" I asked, trying to avert the question. The girls almost fully occupied the whole dining when I noticed na meron upuan na walang may nakaupo. It couldn't be Nina's since nasa kabila and pwesto niya. Perhaps, it's her's?

I swiftly sat in the vacant chair and they seemed surprised.

"Miguel, kay Dana--"

"Good morning Dana!"

"Good morning!"

I froze when I heard her voice. When I looked at her, our eyes locked gaze again.

So this is how she looks like pag bagong gising. Her eyes are still puffed and her whole face is swollen. But, how come she still looks so cute?

"Uy, aga ni Miguel ah. Ba't andito ka?" My brows furrowed when I heard Nina ask almost the same question again.

Since there are foods prepared at the table, and I can hear my stomach growling dahil nagmadali akong pumunta dito...

"Walang pagkain sa bahay." I reasoned out.

"Oh? Walang pagkain sa bahay ng mga Samson? Weh? Yung totoo?"

I bit my tongue to stop myself from going berserk. 

Damn, why won't you all just cooperate? I know it's impossible na paniwalaan and sinabi ko but, can't you just shut your mouth?

Puno ng inis, I didn't even notice that she's already beside me, "Ehem." She coughed.

Why did she cough? May sakit ba siya? Inuubo ba siya? Shit, were the things we did yesterday too much for her? But how can I ask her about it? How can I verify what's happening to her without being too obvious?
