He'll be getting newer aliens throughout this story which reminds me, Voices
In flashbacks (cause that will be a thing) any alien Young Ben uses will have the voices from the OG show
In the Present his aliens will have the voices from UAF, except for those introduced in Omniverse, they get the voices they were introduced with
Update:I'm the Present they'll have the voices they get reintroduced with period. Meaning if they're first reintroduction was in UAF they have the voices from UAF, but if they were reintroduced in Omniverse for their first time back into the series after the Classic show than they have those voices
Basically I'm saying when you read their texts imagine those voices
No there will be no reboot aliens or references... any references that are possibly made are pure coincidence... and even then it's probably not even a reboot reference they prolly stole it from the OG series ____________________________________
