A bright blue portal opens up, and from it flies Eri, Toshi and... a female version of XLR8
Eri stands up first "What the heck was that?" She looks to see what hit her, or should I say who hit her
Eri: Toshinori?
Said boy looks up at her "Um, hi, Aunt Eri"
Eri: What are you-- What the?

Eri: Who--
???: Hi, Eri, it's me, Kyoka
Eri: Kyoka?
Kyoka: I know this is kinda... weird, but--
Eri is very surprised but this "You have Ben's powers"
Kyoka:...Yeah
Eri is trying to process what's going on "What are you two doing here? Why did you follow me?" She points at Toshi "Toshi, you're smarter than this. You know better"
Toshi: I--
Kyoka stands in front of him "It was my idea! I wanted to know what you guys were doing and I got him involved" She says defensively
Toshi is shocked at his friend's sudden defense on his behalf *Kyoka...*
Eri opens her mouth to speak but is interrupted by the sudden appearance of an ice glacier, freezing trees and all "Shoto..." She looks back at the two "You two stay here, I'm gonna try and survey the area" She runs off to do just that
The kids look to each other and Toshi asks "Kyoka, what exactly was your plan? You promised me we were only getting a quick peek"
Kyoka looks away in guilt "I know, I just... thought it'd be fun to go through time with my best friend"
"But you heard them all. It was supposed to be a serious mission, and we probably just messed it up" Toshi groans "This is bad, this is so bad" He grips his head and starts pacing "What do we do? They had a plan and we may have just ruined it all and--"
Kyoka grabs his shoulders "Toshi!" She takes a breath "Listen, I get that you're worried and probably mad at me. You have every right to be, but we'll get through this, don't worry" She looks over the horizon "Whatever their plan was, it's now our responsibility to help" She says
Toshi looks at her like she's crazy "Are you crazy? If we help, imagine what could happen. They'll find out who we are-- or more likely who you are, and then we could end up stopping our births!"
Kyoka looks back to him and smiles "That's just the price of trying to play hero" She holds a hand out to him "I could use help"
Toshi is aghast "What am I supposed to do? I don't have a quirk" He says in shock and confusion
