Hello there, everyone!

I don't know if I'm too soft or what, but I actually cried a little writing this chapter, idk why? I mean, not only from what Horikoshi's has done for the chapter, but from what I did in my end for it too. Is that like... weird? I hope you guys have as much fun reading as I had writing it.

As always, leave your thoughts in the comments if you want, I always take those to heart. Leave a vote if you wanna help me and my story out! Also, check out an important announcement at the end of this chapter!

That's about it, good reading!

Kisses!

"Give back! My friend's SMILE!"

Kaito's punch was strong. But not exactly how Midoriya would have expected. It wasn't meant to knock him out, or to hurt, he knew that better than anyone, he trained with the Steamguy for weeks. It was something more emotionally heavy, something to hit him directly in the feelings, to knock some sense into him.

It worked just as the class planned. Steampunk knocked him on the direction where a wall of ice was ready to catch him. Quickly the ice surrounded Izuku, in an effort to stop him.

Kaito landed on the top of the building Midoriya had just propelled himself from, escaping from another one of the classes's effort to stop him.

"Stop being stubborn!" Kaito clicked a button on the side of his mask, the brass retracted into a small device on the side of his goggles. "And come home with us!" When the mask retracted, Midoriya spotted two small clouds of steam that quickly dissipated. Two clouds that once were tears running down Kaito's face.

"Atsuhito...?" For a second, that image of his friend crying was hurting more than any other wound he ever sustained, it hurt directly in his heart. He knew better than anyone other than Bakugo and maybe Kyoka, that it took a lot to remove the smile from Kaito's face. In fact he had never seen it happen before. Not even when the kids from school made fun of his quirk, or even when Bakugo did everything within his reach to knocking him down.

"You DO want to be a Hero, don't you?" Izuku recalled their moment, months before he got One For All, months before any of the two even joined the Hero course. "Future Hero!" Kaito smiled sweetly. "I'm sorry, Kaito..."

"All For One stole my father's quirk, did you know that?" Kaito's words made him stop to listen, even if for a second. "He stole my father's quirk, stole your smile... I'm not gonna let that bastard steal my friend's LIFE also! YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE! LOOK AROUND YOU, IZUKU! It's ok... it took me a while to understand too." Kaito smiled. "We're Here For You."

To the side of the ice wall, down on the street, Todoroki stepped up to join them.

"What a look you have on your face..." He spoke up. "Is this responsibility so much for you that you can't even let yourself cry?" Todoroki noticed he held back the tears. "Seems like a burden you should share with us."

"Not so fast." Tsu crawled up on another building beside the pillar of ice. "I'm not weeping and mopping around anymore, because you matter to me." She said. "You're my friend, and when we're scared we tremble together. When times are tough we cry together! So if you're so set on being a comic book superhero, then class A will not let you live this fantasy alone!" Tsu declared.

"You hear that?" Questioned Kaito. "You KNOW we won't stop! That's enough! WE'RE GONNA CARRY THAT WEIGHT WITH YOU!"

As Kaito yelled his heart out, the ice pillar began to crumble and shatter. Midoriya managed to break free through sheer force.
