Chapter 67 - The Hellish Todoroki Family

Back to another day of practical training with the number one hero. This time, the interns follow a hit and runner in a motorcycle, trying to flee using the main streets.

Although they're fast, specially Kaito, who has no problem to keep up with Hawks, by the time they actually get to the crime scene, Endeavor is already done and is already heading to his next destination.

The hit and runner is stopped by a wall of flames, hitting him from a alleyway to the side. He immediately stopped, falling from his motorcycle. Kaito apprehended the evildoer, aiming his quirk to his face.

"Ghhh! Not the face!" He said, shaking with fear.

"We got him."

"One step too slow boys!" Said Endeavor, already heading to his next destination.

"We got this one, so go ahead." Said one of the Flaming Sidekicks. "It's rare that the boss is willing to teach anyone other than Shoto!"

"Let me say one more thing." Endeavor continued. "The main street's over there!"

"I see..."

"He cuts out escape routes with his flames!" Observed Midoriya.

"Hawks and Steampunk picked up my slack in Kyushu, but generally, a hero is someone who can get any job done. And if you're wondering, I did notice that glass villain had minions!"

"Yer so petty!"

"Really, Kacchan?"

They got up on a building for some reason.

"That's only cuz it takes me extra time to fire up the gears in the winter!" Bakugo complained.

"I thought your new suit took care of that?" Added Kaito. "Got any more excuses, Bakugo? Just admit the guy is insane, it's easier."

"Bakugo, Atsuhito. Did you notice?" Shoto called their attention.

"As if you'd ever notice something I couldn't." Bakugo grinned. "Go on, what are you dying to point out?"

"Now you're being petty, Explosion Boy."

"Every time he dashes forward, he shoots fire out his feet. It's like that Jetburn move he used in Kyushu. It's probably a condensed version of that move that drove him forward."

"With his feet? I wish my quirk could do that."

"You can't, Atsuhito?"

"Unfortunately, no. While your old man's quirk allows him to use his flames in a all round manner, the only thing that boosts me forward is my steam thrusters that my hands generate."

"What about those?" Todoroki pointed to his greaves.

"Oh, this? They replicate the thrusters effect but on my feet, it's not something I can do naturally."

The interns continued forward, always following Endeavor.

"Bakugo. You said you wanna know what you can do. I gotta say you move at a decent speed, for a rookie!" Said Endeavor. "Harder in the winter? Too bad, cuz excuses don't matter when you show up late! This ain't school, there's more than grades at stake if you're too slow!"
