(Author's note: Hello there everyone! So, we're back! Sorry if I kept you guys waiting, frankly I'm not really ready to get back to action, but I couldn't just stand around leaving you guys hanging, so here we are. I'd like to thank everyone who has commented in the last chapter, and everyone who's been keeping with me till now! You guys inspire me to keep writing, it's awesome to see this dumb idea that I had, of writing a fic with nothing special at all, become something big that I'm genuinely proud of. Once again, thank you so much for your support! Season 4 is here, we're starting right in the eye of the storm with the Shie Hassaikai Arc. I'm gonna be honest with you guys, this isn't my best work, this season in general doesn't give too much to work with, so I hope you guys enjoy it anyways, I always encouraged you to leave your comment about what you think, that helps a lot. Now, I've taken too much of your time already, let's get to it! Good reading!)

After the third years visit, and Mirio's encouraging speech, Class A had a lot to think about, specially referring to the possible Work Studies. Aizawa had wanted to talk about this at a later date, considering they are just first years, but now that the class know about the Work Studies and can't seem to think about something else, he agreed to explain for them a little more about how all that stuff works.
"The hero Work Studies are a more serious version of your internships." Aizawa explained, looking at the class with his signature lazy eyes. "They entail in helping Pro Agencies on the streets and with investigations. Your teachers and the principal discussed them at the faculty meeting, and we all agree..." he stopped, raising suspense, the class paid attention. "It's too soon, they should really be cancelled."
Disappointment filled the classroom.
"Whaaaat?!" Class A asked in synchrony.
"But we already met about them!" Kirishima voiced his disappointment.
"I guess... when you really think about why we had to move into the dorms, it does make sense." Surprisingly, Kaminari made a helpful observation, while fiddling with Ojiro's tail, for some reason.
Bakugo slammed his desk raising from his seat, he had a pleased face.
"Haha!" He said in a mocking tone.
"Eugh...idiot." Kaito groaned, annoyed.
"But..." Aizawa resumed his explanation. "Some people think we won't be able to raise strong heroes with that sort of protective outlook. And with that in mind... the compromise is to be selective about participating agencies. So choose one with a proven track record, otherwise, you won't be taking part.
"Haha!" This time Kaito slammed his desk, smugly looking at the annoyed Bakugo.
"Damn it!" Bakugo yelled angrily.
The class began chatting about their internships and possible Work Studies.
Kaito sat back down, and pondered the situation for a second.
"A proven track record? I guess that eliminates Hawks's agency from my choices. He did say that Tokoyami and I were the first interns he had taken, like, ever..."
"I guess that complicates things for us quite a bit, don't you think, Atsuhito?" Questioned Tokoyami.
"Yes... definitely."
