Hello there, everyone! Sorry for taking so long to publish such a short and simple chapter. I had my hands full for the past weeks, and had lots of stuff planned for this chapter, so I had to make some major cuts in it, you'll see the results in a minute.
Like I mentioned in the Chapter 94, this might possibly be the LAST CHAPTER of my story for a while. I have decided to wait even longer to write, letting the manga develop more chapters before I write my own. I'm sorry if you were looking for more chapters soon, but that's just what I have chosen after countless hours arguing with myself.
I also mentioned that this could be the last chapter of Steam Powered Hero as a reader insert and that I thought about continue my story in a different book as an OC. That's still up for debate, I haven't really decided, so I can't say for sure if I'm going with that. We'll see about that soon.

"I assume you have already heard of the rumors. Some sort of 'cult' been formed around one of your proteges?" Best Jeanist questioned Hawks. The two headed out in another mission, this time with newfound information recieved from one of the Guards of Tartarus.
"Yeah. It's hard to miss. They're from Kyushu." Replied Hawks with a worried tone. "I would take care of this myself, but it's difficult now that we have our hands full."
"We need anyone we can muster. Our time is limited."
After the Tartarus' the Pro Heroes had anything but time to think before acting. With so many dangerous escapees, it didn't take long for the streets to become a lawless wasteland. But another thing that nobody expected to see was the formation of guerrillas. Some against the Heroes, some supporting the villains, but one of those guerrillas stood out. A 'Cult' that followed the words of one of the most influential Vigilantes at the time; The Steam Vigilante.
