With the whole class now together and ready to fight, it's time to develop a plan for the final fight against the villains, the fight that will decide the fate of the island, and possibly possible of the whole world.
The class decided it would be best to separate the citizens of the island from Katsuma and Mahoro, since they're the villain's main target, that would avoid any harm that might come for the other citizens caught in the middle of the fight.
By studying what Kaito, as well as Bakugo and Midoriya, learned in their respective fights with Nine, they noticed that the villain has a "limit" to how much he can use his quirk before having to stop to recover, that would explain his interest in Katsuma's quirk. So the idea is to force him to over use as many quirks as possible to accelerate this process and use the opening to strike the villain down.
The plan is to split the villains from each other, denying their teamwork, without the other two in the way it will be easier to make Nine overuse his quirks. And finally, attack Nine in waves, maximizing the effects of the main plan.
The class then divided in 5 teams, one will focus on splitting the villains in a head on attack, two teams to deal with the other villains, and one team to make Nine overuse his quirks as much as possible. The last team protects Katsuma and Mahoro in case any of these steps fail.
With everything planned out, what is left is to wait the villains arrival at the Fort's island.
In the next day's morning, after evacuating the citizens to a cavern nearby, away from any danger that might come, the villains finally arrived.
A preemptive strike from Yaoyorozu and Aoyama is the first phase of the plan, it worked as expected, the villains were split up in three fronts where the teams awaited to strike.
"Alright! They did it!" Kaito cheered along with the rest of the Katsuma protection squad.
"The villains are right where we wanted." Pointed out Jiro, hearing every step of the villains.
Nine, now advances alone, right into the phase 2 of the plan, where Sero and Uraraka prepared various boulders to throw at the villain with a superb combination of their quirks.
Nine of course uses his shields in combination with the fingertip lasers to deny their attacks without breaking a sweat, not slowing down a bit.
"I'm gonna help em out." Said Kaito, lowering his goggles. Midoriya nodded in agreement. The steam powered hero then blasted off to the frontline.
Nine used his shields to push back the boulders thrown in his way, Sero carried a nauseous Uraraka that had used her quirk too much when a big boulder was about to hit them, Kaito to the rescue, blasting the boulder back.
"Atsuhito!"
"You guys ok?"
"Yeah, thanks for the save. It's almost time for our main attack, could you buy us a second?" Sero questioned.
"You can count on me!"
Sero retreated, carrying Uraraka, while Kaito dashed towards the villain, delivering a powerful steam powered rocket punch, Nine raised a shield to block the attack.
"Should've stayed down." Said Nine.
"That's the point. I'm a hero, I always get back up!"
Kaito heard the Plus Ultra from Uraraka in the background, felt the ground trembling, he got out of the way.
A huge wave of boulders came crashing down on Nine.
"Now! Mineta, Atsuhito!" Sero yelled.
Kaito grabbed Mineta, then began flying around the villain.
