Chapter 12 - Trouble in U.S.J - Part II

"So you scumbags used the press as a cover and sneak onto campus."

"What? Real villains? No way..." Kirishima spoke in disbelief. "How could so many of them get into a U.A facility this secure?"

"I'm guessing it's that purple mist, guy, thingy? Look." Kaito pointed out.

"Thirteen, why aren't the alarms going off?" Yaoyorozu questioned.

"Good question. I'm not sure."

"Is the entire campus under attack, or is this their only target?" Todoroki raised another question. "Either way, if the alarm sensors aren't triggered, then one of these villains must have a quirk that is masking their presense here. They carefully chose this isolated facility as an entry point at a time when a class was being taught. They're fools for trespassing here, but they thought this out. Whatever their plan is, they must have a concrete objective in mind. But what is it?"

The class looked back at the approaching villains, still in disbelief.

"Thirteen, get them outta here, and alert the main campus." Aizawa stepped up. "Actually, if they've got the ability to block our sensors, then they might be jamming our regular communications too. Kaminari, try using your quirk to contact the school."

"What are you doing? You can't fight them on your own!" Midoriya stepped up, worried.

"Mr. Aizawa, this is suicide. There's too many of them. Let us help you out!" Kaito joined them.

"Even if you can nullify their quirks. Your fighting style is not suited for this!" Midoriya continued. "Your power works best in stealth and one on one fights, that's not gonna help with a group!"

Aizawa looked back.
"You can't be a pro if you only have one trick." He said confident. "I'll leave it to you, Thirteen."

Aizawa jumped into action head on. As soon as he lands on the ground below he begins to kick ass using his scarf as a weapon, bodying a bunch of villains with no problem.

"What the? He's taking them out like it's nothing!" Kaito chuckled.

"Woah, he's holding them off. I guess I shouldn't have underestimated him." Midoriya commented.

"This is not the time to be analyzing!" Iida called. "We have to go!"

"Come on, Midoriya. He's got this. Let's go."

Midoriya and Kaito joined Thirteen and the class, they began heading for the exit, when out of nowhere, the purple mist villain appeared right in front of them.

"There is no escape for you!" The villain spoke. "It's a pleasure to meet you. We are the League of Villains. I know that's impolite, but we decided to invite ourselves into this haven of justice to say hello. And besides, isn't this a fitting place for All Might, the symbol of peace, to take his last breath?"

"What the hell are you talking about?" Kaito barked, aiming his hand at the mist. For some reason, he felt a strange sensation confronting that villain.

"I believe he was supposed to be here today, and yet I see no sight of him." The villain continued. "There must have been some sort of change in plans we could not have foreseen. Ah well, in the end I suppose it doesn't matter. I still have a role to play."

Thirteen was about to use her quirk, when Bakugo and Kirishima jumped into action.

"Wait, hold on! You don't know what this guy can do!" Kaito attempted to stop the two.

"Did you think we were just gonna stand around and let you tear this place to shreds?" Kirishima questioned. The two attacked the villain, in one of explosions he dissapeared, but...

"You live up to your school's reputation." The villain recovered, undamaged. "But you should be more careful children. Otherwise, someone might get hurt!"

"You two! Get out of the way, right now!" Thirteen warned the two, raising her arm to use her quirk.

"I'll scatter you across the facility to meet my comrades, and your deaths!" The villain expanded, surrounding the students with his mist.

"Crap! What is this?"
Iida and some students managed to avoid the villain's attack, the others were swallowed, and dissapeared in an instant.

Suddenly, Kaito found himself falling in a urban environment with heavy rain and strong winds.

"Huh? Eh?!" Kaito was about to fall face first on the pavement. He used his quirk to break the fall. He landed back on his feet.

"What the..." Kaito looked around. "Am I still at U.A?"

"Look here, looks like we got ourselves a hero!"

Kaito turned around to see two villains charging straight at him, one had a stone fist, the other had a mutation quirk and some knives. The villains attacked simultaneously. Kaito quickly dodged up with his steam thrusters.

"What are you doing up there? Get back here!" The villain threw his knives.

"Oh oh..." Kaito blocked the blades with his gauntlets.

"Who sent you clowns? What do you guys want?" He questioned, descending.

"Don't know. Don't care!" The rock fist villain attacked.

"Well. That's helpful." Kaito dodged the villain's punches easily. With a quick gauntlet enhanced steam blast to the face the villain was down. The second villain charged swinging his blades like a maniac, Kaito dodged by staying out of his range. He saw an opening in the villain's attack that made him lose balance. Kaito kicked the villain's knee making him fall on his knees. Using his steam thruster to boost his attack he backhand slapped the villain, knocking him out cold.

"That's that, then. Gotta find the rest of the crew. That buff guy looked like trouble, we need to work together."

Kaito looked around the maze of buildings for an exit, when another group of villains appeared.

"Yeah there he is!"

"Ah, great." Kaito backed away. "How many of you are there?" Kaito looked back, he was surrounded, another two villains appeared, when out of nowhere a shadowy looking dark claw took the two villains out.

"What? A shadow? Tokoyami!" He was happy to see a friendly face.

"Looks like you got company too, Atsuhito." Tokoyami approached. "I'm glad to see you. We're reducing their numbers but very slowly. I hope it helps on the long run. Maybe if we work together we can accelerate the process." Tokoyami suggested.

"Sounds like a plan." Kaito agreed.
The villains surround the two from all sides.

"You ready, Atsuhito?"

"As if you even had to ask." Kaito lowered his goggles and got ready to fight. "Let's teach these morons what it means to go Plus Ultra!" He chuckled.
