A small whimper left his lips as he gazed at the man before him
"You need me don't you?"
Turning his head to the side, he clamped his lips shut trying so desperately to stop the words that wanted to come out.
"Just admit it, you'll feel a lot better...
Nikolai sighed before closing the door of the car and finally sendig his mother off.
Riley waved from the doorway until the car was out of sight, before following Nikolai back into the house.
They made their way up to the room, with the larger of the two carrying the suitcases.
As soon as they were inside Riley went to jump on the bed but was immediately stopped by his daddy.
"Nope, go and take a shower"
"Daddy are you saying I smell?"
"No baby, that doesn't mean you shouldn't take a shower though"
"But I don't wanna" The younger almost whined, but remembered his rules.
"You either stay on the floor or you go and take a bath, but you will not go into the bed like that"
After contemplating for a while Riley finally ran to the bathroom and took the quickest shower in history.
He wrapped a towel around his body before going back into the room. On the bed there were clothes layed out for him.
Riley glanced around the room, looking for his daddy, but he was nowhere in sight. He opted to looking for him after getting dressed.
The younger happily slipped into the yellow top with the word 'trouble' written on the front and matching shorts. Then he pulled on white and yellow striped thigh highs.

The blonde released a tired yawn whilst throwing his towel in the hamper. It was only 2 p.m but travelling and then meeting Nikolai's parents had tired him out.
He shook his head before slapping his cheeks lightly to keep himself awake, then he went on his search.
First he checked the kitchen, for some reason that's where his mind told him to go, however he realized afterwards that it probably wasn't the first place he should have looked.
Moving on he searched, the dining room, then living room since they were close by before moving back upstairs.
He checked the guest room, then his room, then finally he stopped by the office.
"Duh Riley this is the first place you should have checked" He scolded himself before putting his ear against the door, listening for any sign of movement.
After hearing the mumbling coming from the room, he pulled back and knocked on it slowly.
He was honestly sad that Nikolai had already gotten back to work even though he said he wanted the day with Riley.
"Come in"
He followed said instructions and entered the room slowly.
Riley found Nikolai talking into a phone, his normal cold demeanor already in place.
