Kim Bunny was on a date. Jeno had thought about it once when he was showing but never again, the male wondering how she was. In the end, they were in a foreign land and not in South Korea. He did not expect to come out of the shower to see his best friend and roommate with Kim Bunny on the phone.
"Mhm..." Jaemin was saying, his phone on speaker as he typed down on his laptop. "And where are you again?"
"I'm in the bathroom, Nana!" Bunny said, sounding distraught. A sniffle. "The fans, they attacked us from nowhere and I had no idea where Taichi went! I just ran to the restaurant bathroom and they wanted pictures and now I'm—"
Jaemin sighed, glancing at the phone. "And why can't you go out?"
"I'm scared," she said before she paused. "I don't think I want to be kawaii anymore."
"Where's Haechan?" Jaemin asked, wanting to throw the ball to Haechan but Bunny said he wasn't answering his phone call. "I would go and get you, Bunny, but honestly. It's so far away—"
Jeno frowned at Jaemin's words, his roommate reading his expression when Jaemin cleared his throat.
"But Jeno is fine with traveling that far so I guess he'll bring you out. Stay there and send me the location, he'll go get you. See you!"
"Nana... Nana!" Bunny shrieked, Jaemin hanging up the phone before looking at Jeno.
"Either you get the poor girl or she's going to die by the stampede of fans that want her picture," Jaemin said and Jeno scoffed, sitting down. "Fuck, I actually am worried, though. If I go, will you come with me?"
"Do I have a choice?" Jeno asked, frowning at Jaemin. "I just showered."
"Okay, because I can't go alone because I don't want to. You can't go alone either because you simply won't. So we shall go together," Jaemin chattered, his phone dinging with a message from Bunny. "Or we can send Mark Lee."
"Mark Lee cannot fight off a stampede of fans, Jaemin," Jeno said and Jaemin nodded. He agreed.
The two best friends ended up in the expensive plaza of luxurious bags shops and beautiful classy restaurants. Right to Bunny said, there were a bunch of fans in front of a particular restaurant. Jaemin pulled up his mask and his hoodie, Jeno doing the same in order to not get identified.
"Uh..." Jaemin glanced at Jeno. "How about you try to get in and I try to get us a cab?"
Jeno nodded. That sounded fine. He had no trouble shoving past people. He did just that, Bunny's fans not giving him one look. Jeno remembered that Bunny had mostly guy fans, the male shaking his head to himself as he wondered what they saw in Kim Bunny.
Upon entering the restaurant, they tried to stop him from coming in when Jeno flashed his Gameplayer ID and lowered his voice, telling them that he was here for Kim Bunny. They seemed to understand after being escorted to the back, and a few selfies of him just staring at the camera, Jeno was able to enter the bathroom.
