Ling Yun leaned on the car with one hand, glanced to the driver's seat and pointed at the sweaty soldier sleeping peacefully in the back seat.
"He trained too much today, I tried to stop him but..." he let out a you-know chuckle.
"He has two more days of leave, make sure he will rest or he will end up in the hospital."
"Don't worry." Gu Hai nodded, "Thank you."
When they arrived home, he whipped out his cellphone and texted Tong Zhe.
"Zhe, man, I can't make it to work tomorrow and the day after, please take my responsibilities on yourself and call me only if there is something urgent."
He helped Bai Luo Yin take a shower, the sleepy soldier tottered on his legs, so after a few unsuccessful attempts, he had to put him in the bathtub and scrub his smooth body clean there, during the whole process, Bai Luo Yin's mind entered and exited the state of unconsciousness, he opened his eyes for ten seconds and fell asleep for about fifteen minutes at a time.
When the soft sleek sheets rubbed against his bare back, as a habit his hand fumbled the other side of the bed, unlike the last week when his groping hand always came back empty, this time it groped Gu Hai and pulled him in for a snuggle.
Gu Hai used a little bit of force and tried to set himself free but with no avail, Bai Luo Yin tightened his grip, embracing him in a loving bear hug, and murmured in his sleep.
"It wasn't my fault." and seconds later murmured a quiet violent threat, "I will burn the spare bedroom."
Gu Hai's heart shrank and then dilated itself, pumping fresh stream of blood to his system.
Damn you, you cute drunken bastard, will I ever be able to resist your charm?
If Bai Luo Yin felt the need to torture his body like that, doesn't it means that he took it just a little too far? they can just talk about it all tomorrow and fix what's broken, if anything is, insisting on sleeping separately at this point does nothing besides harming them both.
He pinned Bai Luo Yin's forehead to his lips, planting a warm kiss on it, his hands naturally wrapped themselves around his back, embracing him into his arms, snuggling him right back.
