"Bai Lo, come on, open the door."

The hotel room door opened up to a narrow crack, enough for a sleepy face to peep through it. Upon observing the pair of big eyes half closed. A thin blanket of annoyed impatience rested on Gu Yang's face. "Oh, come on Bai Lo. We said 08:00, and it's already 08:30. What? did my little brother forgot to wake you up before he left?"

"He did wake me up." Bai Luo Yin rubbed his sleepy eyes open. "But I fell back asleep after he left."

"You are sure a lot of trouble for one little soldier. Come on, we don't have all day. we already waited for you for the past half an hour in the lobby."

"Sorry, sorry. Give me twenty minutes and I will be right down."

The sight of the apologetic Bai Luo Yin hurrying to listen to his words without a certain big wolf standing by his side guarding him, made Gu Yang's heart extend into a blissful relief. Hurry up little Bai, today we are going to have some fun. "You are lucky you are so lovable." He dispersed a small smile. "If it was anyone else, I would have left him to keep sleeping alone at the hotel. Hurry up princess."

The great Apsan park greeted them with a spurt of lively green. Mature meandering trees escorted their path up the mountain as they climbed up, snuggling in their sweaters. Rounded by chilly air, and the magnificent refreshing spring blossoms, they unfolded a quilt, and sat to have breakfast.

When Liu suggested a slight change in their plans, hinting with his hand at the cable car passing above them. The three accepted his suggestion with open arms. And so, twenty minutes later, the four rode the cable car while making faces at their phones, taking multiple selfies.

From there, the day continued according to their plans. Road-tripping to the other side of the city for the hot air balloon ride. At the last half hour of the day, right as the mighty sun permitted a few last rays to warm the world, they arrived at the bungee jumping site.

Holding on to one another tightly LiuMeng jumped first. their fearful ecstatic screams echoed in the site for a long couple of minutes. One of the site's employees strengthened the gear around Gu Yang's body while he prepared himself to embark forward and jump. From the corner of his keen eye, he caught the pitiful view of Bai Luo Yin squatting on the ground four feet from him. his envious gaze following every little thing taking place at the site.

Gu Yang took a few steps back from the cliff, the tips of his fingers signaling the site's employee to wait. He neared the pitiful Luo Yin with a pinch in heart. It seems like his question will always remain unanswered, leaving him forever wondering how can the powerful Lieutenant Colonel Bai let someone control him as if he was a mischievous little puppy. "You know, you don't have to force yourself to put up with his bullshit." he said. "My little brother can be illogical sometimes, no one will blame you if you will take the leap, and have some fun."

A cloud of determination dwelled on Bai Luo Yin as he shook his head. "Da Hai will blame me. if he will find out, he will definitely kill me."

"Don't tell me." Gu Yang's biting smirk loomed over him. "The all-mighty Bai Luo Yin is terrified of my little brother?"

"I am not scared of him, let alone terrified. I just don't want to let him down, that's all."

"But sweet little Bai, you won't." Gu Yang let out a cold laugh. "Who exactly will tell him that you jumped? Your best friend? The captain in your unit who is under your command? Or, me? the one who is convincing you to choose freedom. Don't worry, mm? we all got your back. No one will utter a syllable. You have my word." He picked up another bungee protection suit from an employee nearby, and threw it at Bai Luo Yin. "Your move." he said.
